I ordered a meal from Ameci Pizza & Pasta through GrubHub last night. It was supposed to be delivered by 7:35 pm. I must have checked my front door 10 times and it hadn't arrived. At 8:05 I called the restaurant and spoke to the delivery person and she said she delivered it. I told her I hadn't received it. It was obvious that she could not take care of the problem so I asked to speak to a manager. He was extremely rude and insisted it had been delivered. He was almost yelling at me; did not offer any resolution. I hung up very frustrated!! I then called GrubHub who canceled the order and refunded my money immediately. I have ordered from Ameci a couple a times, but never will again!! Very rude and horrible customer service. I was very disappointed!!!

Pizza is fine but the functionality of their online ordering system seems poor. Placed an order over an hour ago for a schedule pick up. My wife arrived to pick it up and they said they didn't have the order. Staff just said none of the apps were working. (Then turn them off!) Didn't even offer anything to help make things right. It'll take a lot for me to return since service is sometimes key in these restaurants.

Super friendly staff, we had our food ready in shortest time possible. Took one star off for the cleanness of the place. Tables were sticky and not clean. I would order take out next time.

My family get lots of food from here during the week. The Antipasto Salad is yer delicious ? pizzas are the best. Large portions and price is ok too.
Since covet crisis began 2020 menu and portion quality changed for the negative.Hopefully they bounce back to the go to Italian place they once were.

The worst chicken Parmesan sandwich I've ever had in my life. With every bite I took, I stopped believing I would ever reach any chicken. It was just globs of cheese and soggy bread. I threw away half of the sandwich because it was just inedible. On top of it, the fries I got were basically frozen aisle fries in the grocery store with no seasoning.

Mozzarella sticks, spaghetti with meat sauce, side of meatballs and a side of sausage and a lasagna. The lasagna was ok. The rest was very bland. I couldn't eat most of it as it was not very enjoyable.
