Just dropped off a FedEX domestic package with shipping label on it. They Didn't even scan my package or give me a receipt. Told me to take a picture of the label. I did but said what proof do I have that I dropped it off here? She then gave me a handwritten receipt. Lady seemed nice but this is a certified ship location. I think they specialize in international shipping and seemed busy. UPS gives me a receipt with the tracking number.

Literally the best and fastest place to ship things from the US to Korea. Prices are very competitive, much cheaper than UPS or FEDEX to ship to korea

I'm an old-fashion post office type. But, come on, international shipping fee to Korea is no joke. You know how it is sometimes the shipping fee is more than the content......sigh... So, thanks to Yelp, I found this place and I called the store many times to figure out their shipping protocols. The owner lady, I assume, was very courteous and pleasant every single time I called. When I went to drop off my package, the pickup van was just leaving and the owner lady was ready to bolt to catch the van leaving the plaza parking lot. I had to hold her back because my package was not urgent at all. Thank you, I really appreciate that. As she recommended, I filled out my shipping label on its website ( at home. I highly recommend it too. And dropped off my package at the store and paid - very affordable!!! And she does all the work, including sending me a confirmation email with a tracking number. I highly recommend!!!

I've been using this place so long. The new ownership is much better than previous one. Always reasonable price, fast shipping with great communication. Also they have shipping service from Korea to here which is very easier and cheaper than using USPS.

I had to send boxes to Korea and the owner was so nice and helpful. The best thing about this place was that they provide the box for free! and the packages arrived in Korea less than a week! After reading couple reviews, I was hesitant to go this place, but I decided to try and it was worth it! Highly recommend it!

Did the owner change or something? Not that it made any difference. The gentleman that used to work here was mind-numbingly useless. The woman that works there now gets very personal. AND I MEAN PERSONAL. I am sorry but the 5-star ratings are a lie. The woman says things like "Oh you shouldn't manage your business like that" and/or among other things with a SNARKY attitude. She says these idiotic things to customers! CUSTOMERS! Why does she have any say is a stranger's business or life? Mailing anything from this location is aggravating. I don't know why she makes it so hard. I'd rather drive to Garden Grove to mail packages to Korea from now on.

I used this shipping company and i was satisfied with fash shipping and acceptable shipping cost around $20 (plus, $5 extra for food or nutrients) but a week later, they ask me to pay another $25 for shipping cost saying that i didn't pay that money. That soes not make sense so i won't pay extra. I was planning to use this shipping company again but i completely changed my mind.

New management has taken over! Service is still at an exceptional level at very affordable/cheap prices. The place has also gone through a makeover, looks a lot cleaner and welcoming. Highly recommended for any and all shipping!! Way cheaper than your general courier service.
