More of a 2.5 out of 5. Since we do ratings in full numbers and 3 meaning average I feel like maybe this location has had a slight hiccup. This is located at the Quail Hill Shopping Center and there is lots of parking and indoor/outdoor seating areas. I always get the full original fried chicken, I feel like at any Korean chicken place that is always their signature and crispy, and packed with flavor. As I ordered I wanted to see if I could get a side of the garlic honey sauce and that I would pay for it but they're refused, insects only left us options of just ketchup and their secret sauce. I wish the management would allow sauces to be purchased separately specially cause they have it more than likely to glaze over their chicken. The chicken came out nice, crispy and hot. Only thing lacking was it tasted like absolutely nothing. Most original fried chicken have some seasoning or saltiness to it but this absolutely tasted like nothing. I also added the Red Chak Chak Fries which is just French fries with red chilli powder seasoning. Overall everything could have been better but hopefully it was just an off day for their original seasoning and that someday expand beyond just their secret sauce and add more sauces to be selected for.

Not sure if this place has gone downhill or if I'm just going crazy as the girl who answered the phone tried to make me feel... My family and I have gone to this place many times and we have always had such a great experience with kind, helpful employees and excellent food. The best Korean fried chicken ever. Unfortunately today we passed on coming here. Every time we have eaten here we have called ahead to place our dine in order over the phone. This has always been a great service because it allows us to come in and sit down to our hot food! Today we called in to place our order, only to be told that they do not accept dine in orders over the phone. We asked what changed? You used to? The girl said rudely, No. We NEVER have. We didn't think much of it at this point and asked if she was new. Standoffisly she retorted that she had been working there for four years. We said oh okay... we are just confused because we have done this countless times? She turned around and started to take our order. My dad was the one ordering. He ordered "shoyu" garlic wings. She asked him to repeat before she rudely said "We don't have shoyu garlic wings. We have SOY garlic wings". Now I'm going to note that my dad is Japanese. Shoyu and soy are synonyms and anyone working at an Asian restaurant would probably know that... At that point we felt like we were being messed with so we said nevermind and cancelled the order and hung up. I'm really disappointed in this experience because we have always loved this place but this treatment made us feel patronized and unwanted. We hope next time will be better if we revisit :(

Went here after watching K-Drama “Crash landing on you”. I can now die happily after enjoying the Good food and the staff gave us a basket of waffle fries on the house! Incredibly kind gesture in a time of inflation and worry. We will be back.

The clerk only looks at his phone and doesn't even say thank you? That's terrible.

I wish Korean fried chicken wasn't so expensive. Then again, it's probably a good thing or my arteries would be even more clogged. bb.q chicken is one of the biggest Korean fried chicken chains. A small eight piece wings is $15.99. You can choose from several different flavors - from their Golden Original which isn't spicy to up to their Wings of Fire (four flames). My husband loves it hot and got the Hot Spicy boneless wings (three flames). While he found it delicious, he admitted that he could not imagine what four flames would be like. I had decided on getting a sandwich lunch combo ($13.99), which came with choice of fries or rice plus a soda/lemonade/or water. The sandwich is only available in Golden Original or Spicy Original. I am a spice wimp and asked had asked how spicy the spicy was and was told not very. LOL. I had to grab a glass of milk. The chicken was HUGE and was much bigger than the bun and came topped with spicy sauce and coleslaw on a brioche bun. Needless to say, I learned my lesson and will be sticking to the non-spicy fare.Online orders go through DoorDash and have an upcharge (8 piece wings are $15.99 vs. $19.19 online). I would recommend either calling or placing your order at the counter (my order took about 15-20 minutes to be ready). There is space to eat indoors, as well as on the outdoor patio area. They also have $7 beer and $13 soju. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Alright, buckle up folks! I came in and the scent of fried chicken hit me like a delicious punch in the face. I ordered the large golden original boneless with a side of secret spicy sauce for me and my friend and it was soo good! The portions were huge and more than enough for two people. The chicken was soo good being crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, definitely my new go to chicken spot whenever I am in the area! Also the staff was on point. There was this girl server with short hair (I forgot to ask her name) and she provided the best service! She came to our table on several occasions asking if we needed anything else, giving extra napkins, water, sides, etc. before we even realised we needed it. She read our minds and it really felt like we were being taken care of. It was a great dining experience! This spot deserves five stars because we left with a full belly and a great experience.

Had to return for the Spicy Original chicken wings! This time we also tried the Secret Sauce bone in wings. It was sweet, saucy, and pretty delicious. Not very spicy at all.Great service yet again. Called ahead to place a takeout order and asked the employee if they have any wing sauce recommendations. Took her up on the Secret Sauce suggestion and turned out well, would order again but Spicy Original still my personal favorite. At this particular location, they offer free ranch or ketchup in addition to their specialty sauces that are an extra cost. Yum!

My wife was craving Korean fried chicken. She was so happy when she got her Korean fried chicken. As for myself, I was happy she was happy, and I love the ambiance of this plaza's outdoor seating area at night. Indoor seating in this place in particular seems not so pleasant.Vegetarian options: Maybe the fries?Dietary restrictions: Their menu is very candid that trying to eat anything here with a gluten or dairy allergy is insane.Parking: Oodles and oodlesKid-friendliness: Do they like fried chicken?Wheelchair accessibility: Looked pretty accessible

Best friend chicken. We come here pretty often. It's always fresh and consistent. Soy garlic is our favorite. Sweet potato fries and kimchi fried rice are also great sides. Service is good and they take good care of us.
