I have ordered inside BenGong’s four times since it opened last year. Many of the eye-catching drinks advertised on front sidewalk sign and behind the counter on beautiful screens are perpetually “Coming Soon,” on both the menu at the counter and by asking the staff if they are available. Two examples are the Amber Milk Slush and the Taro Milk Slush. I would love to try these… someday, but when? It is very confusing, because these and other decadent-looking drinks have been advertised for months in the store, much more often than the drinks they do serve.It has great interior decor, and I really wanted to love it. If you are there, the tea cube milk teasignature drink is worth trying. And the staff is kind, in my experiences.

There is no service at all. The attitude of the store clerk is very bad. When ordering Uber Eats, I made a note of pecans but didn’t even put a single pecan. It’s really funny.
Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks (in store order), watched several online orders prioritized over ours.The drinks are good though no keaap

This place has a great variety of teas that all taste fresh and refreshing. The staff is also very friendly! I drive 30 minutes because BenGong has the best boba. The only reason they have four stars is because this location gives the stingiest amount of boba. It's not enough for even a small drink. I've never been to a place that gives such little boba, and I come here specifically for that. It's disappointing to drive so far to get so little boba. I want to continue coming here but not if they don't change the amount of boba they give.

Love the mango pomelo sago slushie! Customer service was excellent-- I was greeted and everyone was very helpful. Establishment was also very clean, I would 100% come back.

Long wait and unaccommodating staff. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks! When we asked where our drinks were after ~15 minutes of waiting, they said it was because they were busy... but there was no one in the store except us when we ordered. It was frustrating because we kept seeing people who ordered after us receive their drinks. When given our drinks, there was no apology for the long wait or acknowledgement from the workers. Truly one of the worst experiences I had at a boba store!

I don't write reviews on Yelp often, BUT THIS STORE was seriously outrageous. My group of three ended up waiting 25 MINUTES for 3 drinks, when usually an order that size should be done 5 minutes tops. Even though 30 minutes is seemingly short, that's still 5-6x longer you should usually wait for a drink, like what My group ordered when there were relatively few groups in front of us, like about two groups, so our drinks should have been relatively soon as well. But during our 25 MINUTE wait, our group saw that the order in which the staff were serving drinks was NOT in order of how they came in. Other customers seemed to experience the same; there ended up being around 4-5 groups waiting, seemingly unsatisfied, at the pick-up spot, ALL peering over at the staff to see what they were doing. At this point, which is 20-ish minutes into waiting, I asked them the status of our drink, and they just explained that they were busy. I thought that it was just ridiculous, and extremely upsetting :( Drinks ended up being okay, but the service was so bad and took so long, the quality of the drink doesn't earn them another star. AND APPARENTLY, getting there when it's slow won't help you either.

I was very happy when I heard a Bengong opened here! This location is very cute, nicely decorated. I got the Burnt Brûlée Boba Milk Tea and I really enjoyed it. The people there were very nice and helpful in helping me to decide what I wanted. Will definitely be going there again!
