First time & last time ever ordering. Requested brioche sandwiche read their ingredients on the sandwich Requested no Sriracha sauce. Sandwich was delivered with sauce. When I call the place apparently it is my job to know they use other sauces too even though it is not on the menu! $23 later they wouldn't replace it. In his word " I don't know what you want me to do" you should of said no sauce." I did sir. What you should do is make sure you include everything you add on these sandwiches. How about a quick call to customer

I recently ordered their Michelson sandwich and it was incredible. It was loaded with flavor and the texture was perfect. Prices are fair and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Small bistro in our office bldg. go there when I'm desparate. Food is clean and fresh. Salads are mostly lettuce with little meat and sparse on the veggies (1 small thin slice of a tomatoe, 1/4 slice of an onion, 6 tiny cubes of chicken. Not worth $16 they charge. Maybe I should try a sandwich.Kid-friendliness: nice staff

Rather than replacing my vegetarian sandwich with a vegetarian option or even letting me know they were out of that option they sent me chicken tortilla soup thanks idiots! You guys have zero customer service and will not be having any return customer experience from me. Terrible !

I order same breakfast burrito get charged a different amount every time. I order at the place bc i don't want to pay the $2 service fee but i get charged $11 one day, $12, $10.50 another...???? I asked them why, they say it must be mistake by other cashiers.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Paid $15 for a BLT that had microwaved bacon, one piece of Lettuce and tasted like a government funded school lunch.

I don't know how they can charge $5 for this. It tastes like it looks. Literally I can't believe how bad this is. I threw out the rest. If you're looking for good quality sandwiches for the same price try Boudine's.

Place is Total crap. Overpriced and slow service. I work in the building so unfortunately "stuck" going there for lunch on occasion (and hate doing so but too lazy to go elsewhere). They are in a building with A/C but somehow haven't turned on the A/C ever so it so hot in there while you wait forever to get your food. They have tomato as the soup of the day but haven't had it in weeks and pretend to run out just ahead of you. It's almost comical to the point I ask each time just to see they pretend each time. I honestly would never walk into this place but alas I am too lazy to leave my building for lunch someone's Learn from me. The place is terrible. Keep away

Please inform your customer(s) of any delays to their order due to large "online" orders PRIOR to accepting their payment. 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich is unacceptable!

I'm not sure why people are saying worst customer service. You figure if someone got sick off the food they'd learn the first time, not by the third time around and post the exact same post several months apart. I've had a pleasant experience here every time. Food has always been up to par as well as their refreshing drinks. Customer service has always been A+ at times it may be slow due to their online orders or they just get busy and since their staff shrink due to COVID like a lot of businesses, just be patient.order ahead!

Great customer service and amazing lunch. The wraps are my favorite and The Michelson is always a great choice if you like meat. I'd also recommend the protein shakes and smoothies.
