Ordered light ice. Got my cup full of ice and less coffee. Scam! Won’t be coming back

If ur ordering light ice on a drink heads up, apparently this is their definition of “light ice” and the drink wasn’t filled all the way. Yes I asked and they won’t fill it to the top -.-

They have a very solid latte, with a strong, slightly bitter espresso. I also loved to see Vietnamese coffee on the menu. They have lots of food options but limited seating (mainly just a couple of tables outside). The avocado toast was really yummy, made with a thick sourdough slab of toast, just how I like it.

6 people work at the counter. NO ONE pays attention to new clients, no one says hello. everyone pretends to be in a flurry of activity. disgusting American service. Are you not taught the basic things of working in catering and with society?Half of the employees have had dirty and unwashed hair for probably a week. Hello, you work in a “restaurant”, how is this even possible? this is Africa? Third world country?

Just landed from Houston TX for a meeting and I needed some good coffee. This place had different types of coffee that I'm not use to. They recommended VTM coffee and a hot blueberry muffin and it was so good.

A different experience compared to a brand named coffee shop.
Asked for light ice and they said they would fill my cup up halfway with my drink. Are you INSANE? No thanks I won’t ever come here again for coffee that’s overpriced. Good coffee though but I don’t want a cup of ice.

In the morning, everywhere in the world, coffee shops are crowded and chaotic. In this shop there are no customers, no outside orders! My wait, 12 minutes. For what? Two shots of espresso in hot water. I mean basic americano!
