They never disappoint good tasting food friendly staff reasonable prices, one small caveat... during covid-19 customers waiting for pick up often lingre outside tables chatting near where patrons are eating, I hope the staff monitor this a little better for their dine-in patrons.

Okay so im not going to lie the review is from 2016', i haven't been back to this place because its just simply tooooo far out of my way to go. There's also other spots that are a bit more of what im looking for in my chicken. Its was different and a nice Suburban spin on Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. But its a niche idea and honestly it was clean and nothing really to complain about plus we went on a friend's recommendation which even he said its good enough. The food wasn't remarkable and you will get your moneys worth.

My first time trying a waffle sandwich and it was definitely good. Probably not something I'd go out of my way to get again (I prefer a crunch/fluffy Belgian style waffle) but if I'm nearby I'd definitely stop by for a bite. Happy to see small business innovation.

No longer carry the pastrami and swiss waffle, which I had gone in for. Tried a chicken tender with mac-and-cheese instead; includes "angry" (buffalo) sauce. Surprisingly tasty. Messy (in a good way) -- needs lots of napkins.

Food is always good every time. I do miss their old menu with the bigger variety of non-chicken waffle sandwiches, but I do like their fried chicken now. The only complaint i have is it's always so difficult for me to place an online order. I tried ordering through their website but it keeps glitching, so I call in but the number on yelp/website will be a busy tone. I have to keep trying multiple times to finally get through. This has happened multiple times in the past. Nevertheless, if I'm ever craving a waffle chicken sandwich I'll be back!

OMG! Just tried this place for the first time.... The original Bruxie waffle with maple syrup and cinnamon sugar is DELICIOUS!! WOW!! It was like having dessert!! Light and fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside. Perfection!!!

HOLY Chicken!!!! this Holy Chicken sandwich is bomb!! I've been here multiple times already and decided to write a deserving review! Every time I've had lunch here, their service has been very friendly and helpful! The most recent time I've been here, the manager himself helped out my table and made sure everyone in the restaurant was doing fine. My favorite go-to is the Roasted Mushroom & Goat Cheese waffle sandwich, which is a pretty savory waffle sandwich and has a very strong goat cheese flavor, as expected (don't order this if you're not a fan of goat cheese)! A side of fries is always good (and their waffle fries are good too)! My last visit, I decided to be basic and ordered the Holy Chicken! Sandwich and boy, was it everything that I wanted: the waffle was perfectly toasted, their chicken was juicy and crispy, the bacon was flavorful, and their egg was perfectly cooked (for my mouth and for the picture). If you're craving a sweet/savory chicken & waffles sandwich, go with this one. Other notable advice: (1) GET MULTIPLE SAUCES! It makes your experience so much better having different and delicious flavors. (2) This plaza can get a bit crowded at normal peak times (lunch/dinner), but finding a spot isn't hard regardless.

I wish we had Bruxie in San Diego. I crave their chicken & waffles and don't mind the drive to Irvine for these light, fluffy and crispy waffles. It feel so special when the include a miniature bottle of maple syrup for you to enjoy. The portions are super generous and I can be full off 2 piece of chicken. My kids devoid the tenders here. Can't forget their array of sauces. If you a chicken dipper, you'll love it here! Ranch, BBQ, plus many more to try out!

I want to start off by saying their chicken is good, BUT their service is terrible. I go here on the daily and usually the chicken is fair with its size and relatively the same. I came in today for dinner and purchased the 6 piece tenders with fries for myself and a 4 piece with fries for my girlfriend and we feel as if the pieces were very small and normally in the past they would include an extra small one since the pieces are so small. I asked the manager there about this and one extra small piece in particular and he told me that it's nothing they can do and that they don't cut the chicken. (I will attach a piI believe a different piece should have been given or something at the least, because the piece was no bigger than my pinkie. I also ordered the turkey sandwich and that was phenomenal, but if you receive small pieces of chicken, I would complain or stay away from ordering it again. If Bruxie keeps this up I will not be coming back again. Update #2: I went back buying the 6 piece chicken last week and they forgot one piece and my second ranch which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure who's fault it was, but someone should be held accountable. Also, the owner messaged me saying she would mail out something to compensate for the horrible service and I never received a voucher or anything, and no response from her. Once again I'll be sure to include the meal I received. Update #3: I went back one last time to get food for a group of people and bought the tenders by the dozen and fries. They got the amount of chicken right and the sauces but some of the pieces are actually so small. I can't believe they even give up the customers pieces that small and especially for the price of $18.

I've been here a few times, and each time was amazing. For around 10 to 11 dollars, you get food that fills you up completely. The food is fantastic here and I would definitely recommend coming here for brunch.
