Imagine a Chipotle Burrito Bar, but for mediocre Korean food. First time trying the chain, it's hella overpriced. Doesn't help that I got double charged for fountain bev that was watered down.Food is 70% rice, 20% protein, and 10% Banchan depending on what you get. I got the stacked bowl. Not good for $15. And on that note, prices do not mat h those posted on the menu board. Be cautious.Not worth at all. Go elsewhere.

The service I received was the worst I've ever had! When I went to pick up my online order, the cashier demanded for me to show him the confirmation code, even though the website never specified I needed to bring a code. I wasted ten minutes trying to find it on my smartphone. When I finally found the confirmation message proving this was my order, they said it wasn't good enough, they needed the exact code number. I eventually found it after more unnecessary searching. Then after they FINALLY gave me my order, they just gave a brief halfhearted apology for the long wait! No other restaurant ever made similar demands from me. I'm never eating here again!

Food is usually fresh and portions are good. The glass noodles are good and the staff are really nice. Obviously not going to the best bimbimbap and curry katsu of your life but if you're expecting that for the price that's on you.
It's ok for what it is. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the loud plastic venue is not bad for fast food on a campus, it's just not a pleasure regardless of context. Food is fine but it's not going to scratch your bibimbap itch.

I like the bulgogi along with the various amount of sides you can pick if you order the all combo. Good for when you're in a rush and want a lot of variety and food in one. Fair pricing and friendly staff.

Gogi might actually the #1 most value dining establishment at UTC. A bento with KFC, broccoli, and kimchi will never fill you up all the way BUT: 1) it comes out fast 2) it's only like $10 3) you get meat, veggie, and rice So you can be brain functional for studying when under a lot of pressure. I have had all of the other options but I don't like them as much. The K-Pop is too greasy for me and the stacked bowl doesn't feel $3 better than the bento. I skip the bibimbap because I eat raw greens at home so I get my veggie intake for the day. I like my order and it was good for me back when I needed it.
