We drove past here last night and noticed it's permanently closed. It's not surprising -- in recent years (and well before Covid-19) the operating hours have been anybody's guess. I typically arrive home from from work between 8pm-9pm M-F and sometimes it was open, sometimes it wasn't. Ultimately I gave up and started going to another nearby location that I knew would be open. Operating hours were always shorter on the weekend, so I suspect that the restaurant relied heavily on serving hungry workers at the nearby businesses (it's a few miles from any residences). Most of them are still closed due to Covid-19, which probably sunk the franchise. The good news is there's multiple Carl's Jr. nearby. The bad news is that it looks like Carl's Jr.'s dominance on its hometown (Orange County) has ended.

Great location but Definitely the worst customer service skills around especially the lady with short hair & the tattoos in her hand. Didn't get her name but she it's extremely rude & always barks at me to hurry up and order. She has sent me to the front on many occasions bcuz my order at the drive thru isn't ready. One time while I was waiting for it, she comes out & yells at me to tell me to drive to her bcuz she's too lazy to come & bring it to me. Mind you, this is in Irvine & I would expect a bit more class from them. I literally only come here bcuz I live around the corner from there. Not sure who her boss is but she needs to be re-evaluated & def not dealing with customers with the attitude!

Hours show they close at 10 pm drive through but they were closed at 9:40. They either wanted to leave early or their hours are wrong.
Walked over to the Carl's Jr. around the corner to grab dinner and pick up my Amazon package from the locker. Would have liked a Superstar and onion rings but I found the doors locked....at 7:05pm!!! I knocked on the door but the drive thru guy looked at me and gave me the universal sign of steering wheel (drive-thru). Except I didn't have my car so I can't order food thru drive thru. It's 7:05 but their sign on the glass doors said they are open until 9pm and their Yelp says open until 10pm. No sign on the door about closing early. WTF people. How lazy can you be? If I owned this franchise, I would be pissed about lost business and poor service. Certainly I'll never eat here again. Too many other fast food joints close by. Service counts. No service counts against you too.

Manager was extremely rude. I pulled up to the drive-thru, asked 2-3 questions, do you still serve breakfast biscuits? What's are my drink options included for breakfast combo? And what size is the drink since you just asked me to order a medium combo? Manager goes on intercom and says "the drink is small bud. All drinks that come with a medium combo are default small". Said in a condescending manner. Bud? Seriously? I drove up and I hear her chastising me saying "yeah that was wayyyyyy too many questions?" Carls Jr.. you don't need this as the face of your company at this location. Get ride of her. Short cropped hair manager or team leader no sure who she is. Needs to goooooooo

First of all, Carl's Jr. is my go to fast food place after In and Out. I love their hamburgers and usually finished satisfied I spent My money there. Today I decided to try their prime rib hamburger (slices of prime rib on top of a hamburger patty with cheese sauce) And for the first time I came away very unsatisfied. The slice is a prime rib, hamburger patty and cheese sauce were all VERY bland. About the only thing I tasted was the grilled onions. I wanted to add salt and slices of cheese. However, the bun was fresh and tasty but not enough to make up for the money spent on this specialty hamburger. What happened?? Guess I should stick with In and Out.

2 horrible experiences here. Once it took 1/2 hr too get food. The other I ordered 2 things and an extra bag. They ask me if I want to make it a combo. I said no. The brought me a cup of water instead of a bag?? Then I check in my bag later.... only 1 item.
