Prepare to be ignored and go hungry. My husband and I waited an hour for food and the party who ordered 15 min after us got served before us. It takes them 15 min to prepare each dish - and they don’t serve the next party until they finish every single order in the prior party (no matter how big). It is the most inefficient and asanine system. They also completed all of the to go customers prior to us. We left after an hour and will not be coming back. Avoid!

Well, I've tried 2 times to eat at this place. Each time when I walked in there were tables available and no guests waiting to be seated. However in each case no restaurant staff showed the slightest interest in the fact that a customer (me) was waiting. I stood there in the entry for 5 minutes and finally got tired of being ignored. On this most recent visit I did take the opportunity to look over the buffet (??). I have to say the food looked pretty unappetizing sitting there in the steam trays. As was the case on my previous visit, I gave up on this place and went next door to the Tangdu restaurant. The food there, by the way, was very good.

This is my family's #1 choice for Chinese food. We were waiting for the dine in to open up after the pandemic. Finally it is open for dine in , we went this weekend and the food is still amazing. Highly recommend this fine restaurant.

Love this restaurant and I regularly order takeout. Their dry pot dishes are amazing. My top dish I've ordered is actually the dry pot pig intestines--don't sleep on this dish, it's super good and the intestines are satisfyingly crunchy. Also always get their cold dishes: chicken gizzards, pig ears, smoked chicken and pig intestines are all my favorites. Their green beans and eggplant are also some of my favorite veg dishes here. All their dry pot proteins other than intestines are also good. The owners are always kind and I don't understand anyone giving them a bad review. Order by phone or in person and the prices are actually decent. Don't use doordash or uber eats because those are overpriced and rip off the restaurant.

This place was so good !! I called ahead to ask about the veggie dishes and they said everything under the vegetables section is meat free (including seasoning) except for the vermicelli with minced pork. The eggplant and string bean dishes were my favorite and the mapo tofu was delightful. They're closed 3-5pm for dinner prep fyi !

I placed an order online, and the order status wasn’t updated, so I had to go in to check. When I got there, they were confused about my order. Eventually I got it. The bag was tied up and hard to open. The kung pao shrimp ? could have had some rice to it. Plum drink is ok.

This is one of my favorite spots in Irvine. I absolutely love this place and all of its glory. Owned by a husband and wife and Covid has negatively impacted their business. Not only does this place has great food, but the owners are welcoming and give great customer service. Come try out this place for great and tasty food.

Great prices and amazing food! Owners of this restaurant are super kind and generous. I come back every time and try a new dish every time. There is not a single dish that I dislike.

I really love this restaurant, every time I come the food is amazing. The restaurant is run by a very cute couple and provides great service. Since Covid, the amount of customers has largely decreased despite the food being amazing. I really enjoy the fried squid which I get every time I come, and all the other dishes I have tried such as boiled fish fillet, stir fried green beans, and eggplant were all amazing. Please don't be swayed by the low Yelp reviews from trying this great restaurant :)

My wife and I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Amazing flavor! My only complaint is that I wish the fried chicken cubes had the whole Szechuan peppercorn in the dish. I like the tingly sensation.

The only place I go to for Szechuan food! Great flavors. Have been coming here for years and have been very consistent. We love the chicken corn soup, spicy tofu cubes, spicy boiled fish, cumin lamb, spare ribs and the green veggies.

Very expensive and bad service. We can't taste anything except spicy. Will not go back anymore.
