High quality bowls at this friendly little truck.Flavors are pronounced and complex.Shrimp are perfectly grilled and tender.Ribeye is nicely marinated, braised, and seasoned.Rice is suitably sticky.Slaw is crisp and balances the otherwise-rich ingredients.If you want a rib-sticking lunch that lets you delude yourself into thinking you're eating healthy, then The Coconut Truck fills the bill.
