They have vegan icecream there with silk almond milk! I put pecan, almond, peanut and graham crackers additionally and it was great! They don’t have vanilla but only chocolate flavor so perhaps they should keep vanilla flavor as well!Anyways, it was a pleasant experience there! :)

I came in for a small strawberry blonde in a cup and the girl that made it for me put it in a medium cup and i'm pretty sure she has charged me for a medium even though i asked for a small. i asked for a small and she told me that she would put it in a medium instead of a small. The total was near $13 for a cup of ice cream and its extremely sweet and i only took a few bites, i can't finish it.

TOTAL PRICE RIP-OFF. The price range for "like it" to "gotta have it" for a signature creation at the Rancho Santa Margarita Coldstone is only $7.99-$9.89. But at the IRVINE SPECTRUM, it ranges from $11.80-$12.80!! Major ripoff, not worth it.

Total BS!! A group of six of us had dinner and walked all the way across the shopping center to get some cold stone and they refused our order because they closed in 10 minutes This is what happens when owners of overrated franchises hire a bunch of teenagers to run a business. Six of us times what, $10 each, all we wanted was to get some ice cream and they refuse our business! So we are here at this place of business at least 20 times a year, family of five and this time we had six people and they turned us away.So we went next-door and spent $70 on cookies instead of ice cream.
Rude kids working here. Left me speechless with the service I received. I rushed to get here had 15 mins before closing and they just grabbed the door so we wouldn’t open it and said we closed sorry come again and laughed.Chubby caucasian girl 9:45 pm Saturday Jan 7

Ice creams are good. My first time at the store I didn’t know we could mix a lot of stuff into the ice cream haha. So I took only the ice cream. Which was good by itself.

Expensive for flavorless, sugar filled ice cream. I got strawberry and it didn't taste like strawberry at all, just takes like cream and sugar. I liked the idea of yellow cake topping and strawberries mixed in were good. One of our ice creams was served spilling over the edges and dripping everywhere. The caramel was not mixed in whatsoever and only was on top. First time I've been to a cold stone in over 10 years and never going back, especially with so many local and smaller ice cream businesses in the area that are delicious

This afternoon around 2:30 pm, my husband and I went into Cold Stone. It was my first time having Cold Stone! I had the chocolate devotion and it was absolutely divine. I ordered the waffle bowl but the waffle was stale. That was really disappointing. By the time I started to eat the waffle we were too far to walk back to the store to get a replacement waffle bowl. I paid 8.50 for the ice cream and $2 extra dollars for the stale waffle. Anyway, the ice cream was incredibly delish and the workers nice.
