This place used to be awesome. The games used to be regularly tested and well maintained and offline if defective .. now they leave them on if they KIND of work... Even if by kind of that means the trigger for time crisis is the not working part and the green button on a guitar hero guitar...Cant even start the game right ... ?Now i know why you're not bouncing back after covid.

Absolutely horrible experience. Food has gone downhill. Drinks were terrible. Really felt like no one cared the entire time we were there, especially Alex at the front bar. We just needed to pay for our food and it was a nightmare. We won't be back

Took my kids here! They enjoyed every moment of it. The arcades are really fun and the ticket games are fun enough for my kids since they are still pretty young. The food is good enough for my kids. Overall, fantastic experience!Kid-friendliness: Fun games and easy to eat food.
These guys make their revenue over broken machines that take your credits without any use of it. We had to call the tech guy on the floor, three time, to reload our game card because of broken machines. Most people don't bother.

Came here for a birthday party and the kids really enjoyed it. The food was surprisingly really good! The only thing I didn’t like was how cold the game area was! Definitely bring a hoodie with you.Kid-friendliness: It’s very kid-friendly but you definitely have to watch your children at all times which can be challenging if you have multiple children for a party as the game room is dark and very large.

Games are alright, music can't really hear it haven't tried the food here yet .. but the way the service is honestly I don't expect too muchOverpriced drinks just to end up with a huge amount of iceEven if I ask for light ice ... I've had better experiences at other locationsNot to mention my first drink had a still smeared and dirty cup ... so hygiene is definitely not a top priority here
