Honestly if there is one word to describe this place, it’ll be “MID.” Their laTTe is ok but it sure as hell better with a long john. Wouldn’t recommend unless your only other option is Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to Java City instead, they got the best laTTe in town fr fr.

Doesn’t take cashThey are the slowest of all Dunkin I’ve ever seenIt is faster to drive across town paying cash in pennies at another Dunkin’ Donuts and drive back to the area then it is to go through this dunkin.The only way to get reasonable fast food is you have to pre-order on the app 20 or 30 minutes before hand

Came in around 5pm. Place closes at 7pm!They didn't have the items we ordered. It would make sense that the items should be turned off or marked as unavailable. Also ordered a blended drink and they said they couldn't make it because the blender had already been washed.

Tried their sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was really good! Employees were busy with online orders so it took longer to get our order in but still good service! Only outdoor seating is available here.

Wow, not good. Doughnut was dry and bready. Coffee was lukewarm. Server had no voice, couldn't hear a word he said. It's hit as heck inside, no ac. Hard plastic uncomfortable chairs outside. No seating inside. I didn't find a single thing done well here.

I’m visiting Irvine from Berkeley with my mom, we ordered a dozen donuts. Both the two girls working behind bar and cashier were really sweet and helpful. Helped us with our order and gave us good customer service. We noticed that we got 3 donuts that weren’t what we thought we ordered, and we came back with our box trying to be respectful about getting the right donuts we wanted. We noticed a manager or shift lead who was there the time we came back. Our service with her felt a little off. I think she noticed we came back with a box and assumed what was going to play out. First, we waited in line patiently after everyone and then we told her the situation once our time came up. She explained that what we had in the box was the old fashioned but we pointed that the name under the chocolate glazed had the old fashioned tag so we were mistaken. But her tone changed from cheerful to annoyed and gave us the donuts but blamed the other two girls because the nametags were switched in front of us- which I feel wasn’t an attitude they deserved to be quite honest. Not only that, but when customers came in behind us, she greeted them and said “we will be with you shortly” but did not give us the same hospitality- we felt a bit looked down upon. My mom also tried to give her the donuts back to show that we weren’t trying to get “free donuts” but I told her to just throw it away but the shift lead/manager hastily said “we can’t take those back”. I just had to leave a comment because we did not deserve to be disrespected like that after being so patient and understanding— especially on the behalf of the manager/shift lead. The two girls working however, were so sweet and hardworking. I didn’t think they should be receiving that type of “power trip” attitude for a mixed up nametag. This was around 9AM at the campus dr. dunkin location.
I love coming here on Friday with my wife for our weekly dose of cold brew with sweet foam on top.Ash, Tristen, and Katherine helped us out this past Friday and they are just one well oiled machine. At 7am most people are not their best but this team is /are definitely morning people. They are very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. Super efficient, let's face it when you haven't had your cup of Joe yet that's all you want. They get it to you ASAP. Thank you guys for making this Dunkin have a enjoyable ambiance .

Is it me or are these doughnuts ??? taste thawed out. Like someone froze them and left them out over night.I ordered a chocolate bar, not sure if it's the most popular but the chocolate was low quality.I also ordered an egg sausage and cheese bagel. Egh was all I can say.Let me know what you like about Dunkin because im having a hard time finding something I like about it.
