The best place for bagels, I drive from the other end of Irvine. There is often a line out the door but the guys the work their butts off and are constantly moving, a well oiled machine, if you don't tip them I don't know who you do tip. The egg sandwiches are great if you're not feeling like cream cheese and tomatoe or lox

The bagels here are EXCELLENT. Boiled just like they should be. I’m on a bagel kick right now and this is one of the best I’ve had outside of NYC. The line out the door is justified!

Delicious bagels that are a hefty size with a good amount of toppings. A little bit pricey and dimly lit, but that may appeal to some people yearning for a more old fashioned appearance.Vegetarian options: Many eggs and cheese bagels

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. They charged me more than the price that was posted and they didn't put any bacon. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got to work 20 minutes away. I was the only customer there at the time so this really shouldn't have happened.

imo: east coast bagel better than an actual east coast bagel (NY 2016, will have to try again and review). Guy recommended the chicken breast over the turkey. Guy deserves a raise--actually such a good combo with the spinach parmesan bagel. Environment filled with bagels. Raved about it to my bf after (he was there with me eating the bagels). note to self: Will be back soon hoping to try: garlic, pumpkin, jalapeño

The Bagels here are great. The staff is very friendly and took time to explain the different bagels. I Would definitely recommend this place. The coffee was ok.

Best bagels in town! There can be a line (especially on weekends), but the wait is worth it!

Definitely my favorite bagel spot in Irvine. The bagels are soft and fluffy and the amount of flavor options is amazing. My favorite flavor is the cheesy jalapeño and it pretty spicy! Honestly all the flavors are great, but I always make sure to get Asiago, everything, cheesy jalapeño, sesame, cinnamon and pizza. Service has always been pretty quick if ordering a dozen, but I do typically see people waiting if they order a bagel sandwich or anything else on the menu.

The breakfast bagels are delicious here. I had their chorizo bagel sandwich (recommended by the staff) on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and I must say it did not disappoint.I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive to order the chorizo bagel sandwich, not the pairing I envision with chorizo. Nevertheless, it was a perfect combination of flavors and textures, and the chorizo had a good kick. I like spicy!Friendly service always makes the difference. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their food. They provided recommendations, ensured that my order was made to my liking ( I asked for no cheese), and made me feel welcomed. The place is small so seats aren't readily available in high traffic times but didn't bother me any.My wife had a boring egg and bacon sandwich on a plain bagel (which was also good) but remember the chorizo bagel sandwich, it is a must-try. The friendly service, good grub makes this a hidden gem. I'll definitely be returning to try other menu items! Hope y'all have a similar experience.

Their bagels are delicious. Not much more to say. It's where I go when I want to purchase bagels as I personally find then to me more delicious, than other places I have tried.I am again getting the "Your review needs at least 85 characters to be posted". So, here I have pasted that stupid message in order to meet Yelps stupid requirement. 5 stars for East Coast Bagel and 0 for Yelp and their dumb rules.
