Me & my sisters go to El Torito for brunch all over OC & this has by far been the been the best quality & best service. Able was kind, tentative & always present. The wait was a little longer than the others but way worth it. I would wait for this experience vs. the experiences I have had at other locations & gotten right in.

I am a HUGE fan of El Torito's breakfast brunch on Sundays and this location in particular has my vote for the best in Orange County. The selection was vast, the quality was spot on, and the service and attention paid to us by our server Abel was the bees knees! The staff is a much bigger part of the experience than most realize and Abel helped make this particular brunch-scerzian one of the best I have had at El Torito

We were looking forward to the brunch. We haven't enjoyed El Torito since the Dana Point restaurant closed. I have a broken ankle, and my wife requested a table near the food. We were seated on the opposite side of the food. When we went for our food, there was an available table right there. We stopped the manager and asked if we could sit there, and she said no. They showed no concern or empathy for my situation. For the price of the brunch, they should worry about the guest and not the profit. We did not waste our money there. We will never be back.

AMAZING! Our servers name was Yolanda she was attentive and very friendly, checked on us multiple times to ensure we didn't need any refills and to check if our food was good. The food is amazing it's made fresh and tastes soooo good. We've been coming to this El Torito for years. This place is the best for brunch with unlimited mimosas.

The food was amazing but nothing compared to the service. As soon as we walked in we (party of three) were greeted at the door and had a table ready for us to sit down. The service was amazing abel did a great job of always checking on us and making sure my margarita glass was always full!!!!!!!

I went in today and sat in the bar area, it was not busy as we anticipated since it was Taco Tuesday so we were excited to dine. We sat in the first booth closest to the servers POS system that's in the bar, and our server Fanny took about 10 minutes to even come and greet us, at first we thought it was because she was busy, but we then noticed she only had about 2-3 active tables, meaning the other 2 tables she had, were done eating and getting ready to leave. We order our drinks and get them in 3 minuets, order our food, Flautas and 4 tacos from the taco bar. The tacos are basically a bar you go up to and get your tacos, so we had our tacos in front of us within 5 minuets of ordering, but our flautas took 10 minuets to arrive which I guess it's not a bad wait for them. We saw our server when she took our drink order, brought our drinks , brought our flautas, and our soup, which we later ordered. She never once checked up on us unless she was bringing us something. We were a table of two sharing ONE napkin , never got a refill of our drink, and our server wasn't around to ask. The other server Hector was very busy so I was not going to interrupt him serving HIS tables to have him serve someone's else's table. He was nice enough to get us a togo cup when we were leaving. If you go dine there and your server is Franny. Well Goodluck. But the food was yummy, the environment was welcoming. It was just the service that was not good.
