Always a great experience here. The appetizers are tasty and the burgers have an unusual twist to each. Happy hour is not a huge discount, but nice to have. Service is generally good every time.
Ordered online and had to wait 15 minutes longer than estimated. They did not close one of the sauce lids properly an it spilled all over my food and order was wrong. I called 10 times and they never picked up. Disappointing to spend over $20 on a meal and not get exactly what you requested or customer service.

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. I'm not sure why but I wasn't expecting that. There was quite a long wait to get to a seat, but it was worth it. And I will say we did have a large party of 10. It's a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. And the night that we came they had a musician with a guitar and live music which was quite nice. And the best part about it is he wasn't overly loud so we could still sit and have a conversation while we were enjoying our meal.Vegetarian options: This is mainly a burger joint but they do sell a vegetarian burger as well as salads. So it's not a huge amount of options but my daughter and I did not have a problem finding vegetarian options.

Had some visitors and we wanted to grab lunch to continue some discussions. Eureka is pretty much the only place close by, so we went there for burgers. I do not exactly like the place, as the service is usually slow and not good, but the food is ok and it was what we needed.Everything was as usual, the place was pretty empty, we got our appetizer and just a very few minutes our burgers came (sometimes it would be good to have a bit of time to eat!), the food was ok as usual.But what was really bad: there was a dog freely walking around, walking behind the bar, from time to time standing next to our table - I only commented it as "Orange County Rules", but yeah... definitely not what I would have expected.
Keep your receipts from this place. It seems they habitually charge you random amounts of money for already overpriced and awful food.

Burgers were delicious, so were starters. And that Wild Child cocktail, well I had to have a second one.
