Poor customer service , I contacted the location because I frequently visit it during the lunch time to place a simple order by phone "rice and chicken". Yesterday , when I picked up my order I asked if there was " magic sauce" in the bag and I was advised "it was!" When I got back to work there was no sauce. I attempted contacted the location several times , but got no answer . I placed the meal in the refrigerator to return for the following day, "today". Before coming to the location, I contacted the manager and let her know what happen. She advised to come back in with he food and that she would replace the meal . I arrive to the location and the person at the register was Juan, I advised I was replacing the meal and talked with the manager . As he was unable to assist because he had no authority, he got the manager. She greeted me and took the food and the receipt. Juan , instead of helping other customers in-line took it upon himself to have a side conversation with the manager , he told her I had visit the location and did this before. Not sure of the full conversation , the manger Irma walks back over to me and tells me that Juan had stated that I had issue with my order before and then she goes over what I should do before leaving their establishment. Which included the following: Instead of me taking their word of my order, I should open the bag and look at the meal and condiments to make sure I have all that I asked for. As she was causing a scene all over a $11 order. Now when people stop visiting your establishment and you no longer have a job, don't go crying out for help. Mind you, I had to trash many orders from this location within the past year because the meat had a very nasty taste to it like it was cooked on a dirty grill. I had stopped come for sometime and saw that their views were okay, but that was my mistake. As for my experience, I would rather spend my money at locations that understand their mistakes and treat customers with respect.

Bad service by the "manager" Irma. The cooks forgot the chicken on the bowls (two) on my pickup order, called to request a refund because I didn't want to drive again. Irma starts an interrogation process asking what time the order was placed, how did the person who took my order looked, asked three times what the issue was with the food,, and says she can't do anything. Not only was the food order incorrect, I had to drive back to get a refund. This acting manager was not helpful, avoid this place!

Staff nice and friendly I just can't believe how much everything costs vs before. A mini bowl used to cost like $4-$6 now it's $10-$12?? Wow at that rate, if I am taking your phone order I would let you know that you could add a few bucks for the normal bigger

This location used to be so good. Always packed but i never mind it. I don't know if they had a change in management but it's gone down hill. Asking for a photo ID to pick up an in app order? Are you kidding? Unless I'm purchasing alcohol or you're a government employee I'm not showing you my ID. Why isn't order confirmation enough to prove I'm picking up my order. That's a dumb way to make sure you're giving the right food to the right customer. It's not about someone stealing someone else's food. Maybe train your employees better. Disappointing

I ordered half and half and got four pieces of chicken. Overall quantity of meat was very poor. I won't be back to this location

Flame boiler always serves a good consistent meal. The staff at this restaurant were fantastic and helpful despite the huge lunch rush

Screwed up my order several times. Most text- I just placed a phone order, picked up the order and asked the guy if my sauce was in bag because I was in a hurry, he responded "yes everything is in bag". Checked when I got back to my office, just a fork.... Try eating beef, chicken, and rice with no sauce, sucks. I guess I'll need to check my order every time before I leave. Won't be coming back to this location.

i normally love flame broiler, but this is one of the worse ones. The bowls are assembled sloppily, there's bones in the chicken, inconsistent portions. The food just doesn't taste as good as other flame broilers.

Always fire. I don't like going to any other location honestly cause it's not as good. Get the avocado on your bowl, you won't regret it.

Worst flame broiler you could go to. Every time I have ordered a pickup order they always get it wrong. This time they gave me a mini bowl when I ordered a plate. Then when I went back in to show my order is wrong, the cook went back to the kitchen put more rice on a plate and then flipped my mini bowl on to the plate. Paid over $15 for a mini bowl!!! Food came back cold as well

Had the half Chicken and half steak bowl with veggies. The steak and chicken were just ok. Sauce was ok too. Broccoli and carrots were quite good. Waba grill better. Wouldn't go back.
