Me and my friends decided to go to this place because we were craving pasta. They ordered a tonnarelli with tomato & basil sauce with mozzarella balls; it came out and was hot but the noodles were strangely hard and the mozzarella balls were cold. It was strange so I decided to ask about it. The cashier was very understanding and told us that the pasta was supposed to be hard like that. He also told us that we could keep the pasta and he could make another one.

Stopped by for the first time today and was very happy!! The cashier was so patient and sweet as we kept trying to decide what to get. The pricing is pretty reasonable and the food is great! The pasta was cooked to perfection and the garlic breadsticks were super soft and yummy. Definitely recommend!

I came with my daughter and we both loved our meals. She had the artichoke ravioli with pesto and mozzarella and I had the tagliatelle with ragu bolognese and mozzarella. Yummy! The guys behind the counter were super friendly. I'll be back!

Why are the plates so unattractive, why is everything disposable? This is Italian cuisine, where are the aesthetics? I have no desire to try

It's okay food if you're hungry and everything else has a long wait but the food is kind of stale tasting even though they freshly mix the pasta with pasta sauce of your choosing. The shrimp was kind of sad looking and the bread the pasta came with was a bit stale. Food was lackluster in flavor but kind of pricy for what you can make better with a jar of pasta sauce and pasta from the grocery. Service was amazing though. They're the nicest people ever and I'm sorry I couldn't say nicer things about the food. Salad was pretty ok though.

Decided to try this place as I love pasta. You choose your pasta style, sauce and protein. I ordered a pesto sauce as I was nervous I wouldn't like the walnut cream. And then I added veggie meatballs. I love that they had that as an option. The server was kind and helpful. They didn't have a ton of seating inside but outside is nice. The meals came with two bread sticks but honestly I didn't love them. The pasta was good it just felt a bit overpriced.

This place is owned by Italians who moved here to open this eatery! We met one of the amazing owners Fabio who spoke to us about authentic Italian cuisine. They have Italian street foods and desserts I have not eaten before! Definitely such a great price point and their build it yourself fresh pasta comes with free garlic sticks. Definitely a must try!

The service was amazing and the food was really good. Would 100% recommend to come check out when you come here. The pasta was super light so I didn't feel like I was about to blow up afterwards.

Awesome place to eat for a more casual bite. Our toddlers LOVE the butter pasta kids meal. My husband and I love all the pastas and sauces. This seriously is the best Italian quick spot if you're looking for good, tasty and super nice staff eatery. Every time we go to the spectrum his is our lunch spot. All families with kids should at least try it here and once you do you'll always keep going back. The location is also great, next to the parking structure and in the center of the spectrum.

I ordered rigatoni with tomato & basil sauce. It wasn't just not good, it was terrible. For one thing, there wasn't any basil. And the tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste from a can with nothing else. Really awful. Took a couple of bites and threw it away. The breadsticks that came with it weren't good either. Tossed those as well. I wanted to like this place. Good concept. Friendly service. But, just no.

Decent pasta at the mall. I didn't really love the fried grilled cheese thing, but the pasta was tasty!
