Best Sichuan noodles, just like the one I used to eat when I was little. Authentic Chongqing noodles, Dandan noodles, just as delicious as the ones I ate in Chongqing when I was a kid, I love them so much! recommend

Good Chinese noodle shop in a quiet end of the shopping center right by Mitsuwa Supermarket. Their braised noodle soup had good amount of well braised pieces of beef and the broth had a nice Sichuan / herbal kick to it. If you are hungry, they will serve extra noodles for free. Would revisit and try more different dishes.3.4/5 ⭐️

This noodle shop offered a decent dining experience. The noodles were flavorful, and the snacks provided a tasty accompaniment. While the food was enjoyable, the overall ambiance and service were average. It's a suitable spot for a quick and satisfying meal, but don't expect anything extraordinary

First time trying this place since orobae decided not to open. We drove from far away. Anyway, the food was ok. Price is decent. We got the tomato ramen and house special tan tan ramen. I like my cousin tan tan ramen more.

I’ve been coming here since the soft opening. I usually dine in, but decided to order delivery today. The tomato beef noodle came with just the broth and two pieces of meat. No vegetables. Also, the ground meat in the dan dan noodles were so dry and tough. Unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Try the braised beef noodle soup. This place is good for spicy noodle lovers. Sichuan style food I come here whenever I'm craving spicy noodles and this style of restaurant is very similar to casual restaurants in Beijing.

Nice hole in the wall noodle shop in the quiet end of the shopping center. The braised noodle soup has three large and well braised pieces of beef and the broth has a nice Chinese medicine/ herbal taste to it. The dan dan noodles were just slightly above average. Would revisit.

After watching the ice skating event at the ice rink; my party were pretty pleased that we find this eatery gem.Our server Mohammed was a sweet guy. Who abide to all our wishes. My friend who was sensitive to electronic devices and doesn't have a smartphone. They don't have paper menus and so he was improvised with his iPad to show us the dishes there. We ordered the Mala Chicken (a dishes I tried every place to see how they varied) , fried fish with peanut sauce (grind peanuts), fried lout & shrimp, sichuan braised beef noodle soup, tomato beef noodle soup. We notice that when ordering the noodles soup they will give you a complementary small dish of cucumber. We saw another table have it, and they provided it to us. The noodles were simply delicious. They have instantly won me over. And the beef was stewed just as juicy as ever. The only thing I don't like about this dish as I read from the other reviewers of the bomb egg?!!I think that totally messed up this dish. Next time I would order it without the egg. It's tasty by itself with the egg. My friend and I were hoping maybe they opened up a chain in San Diego.I just loved this place and its hospitality! It's has the hole in the wall vibes definitely worth the drive. Also they have only bottle service for the drinks. No glasses with the bottle. We did discover a good milk tea drink from this place.

Rib noodle soup was so good! Initially I expected only a thin amount of meat to be on the bone but it was a lot more than I expected. Noodles were cooked just right and the broth was rich. My only wish would have been for more broth but otherwise it was great! Will definitely be back again.

Food: 9/10Service: 9/10Ambiance: 8/10Definitely a must try if you're in Irvine! The food here is definitely full of flavor. They use a lot of spices that just work together really well with their perfectly cooked noodles. The Sichuan Braised Beef (spicy) is not too spicy and it's REALLY good. You have to give their Chongqing Small Noodles (spicy) a try as well! Ask for extra noodles if you have room and want more, it's unlimited. Lastly, don't ask, just order the Peach Coconut Jelly dessert and thank me later!

I was invited out to try He's Noodle Zone on September 3, 2023. I love Asian foods, dishes and delicacies. I'm especially very picky about Chinese food. He's specializes in Sichuan Noodles. He's is located in Irvine's Heritage Plaza. Parking is free and in a shared lot.We ordered their most popular dishes: Sichuan braised beef noodle soup and Dan Dan noodles. You get unlimited noodle refillsIf you're a fan of noodles, you'll love this place. For me, I'm more about the experience and service (and food, of course). It's not bad here, it's just not part of their business model - I'd say He's is similar to a fast food model. Drinks are served in styrofoam cups and there's a button on the table to grab the attention of your server. That said, it is a little pricey for the experience. Overall, it's worth trying once.

Best Chinese spicy noodles in Irvine in my opinion. Their soup base is spicy but not salty. Also provide free noodle refill. Service is excellent as well. Love this place.
