Swung by here on a whim and placed an order for a strawberry jasmine tea and cheese cap organic premium matcha. AMBIANCE/FACILITY Parking is convenient right in front that is a bit limited in size, however I had no trouble finding a spot. The store itself is very beautifully built and decorated, though lacks seating and is not a place to hang out, gather, or study, but more so pop in to take a tea to-go. I did not see a restroom but also wasn't looking for one. SERVICE While you do place your order on a screen and not with an actual person, the menu and ordering was very user-friendly and the employee warmly offered to answer any questions or help me choose a drink I'd like. Upon placing my order, although I was the only one in the store at the time, my drink came out within 2 minutes. DRINK COST & QUALITY The strawberry jasmine tea was $5.56 for a 24 oz (fair!) with a strong fresh strawberry flavor that you could tell wasn't syrup. My feedback would be that I wish I tasted a bit more jasmine, that they offered more toppings (no lychee jelly or coconut jelly add-ons), and that it was a bit sweeter. I don't like things overly sweet but do like to taste notable sweetness, and the 75% was just not sweet at all other than the strawberry flavor. The cheese cap organic premium matcha was $6.49 for a 24 oz (a bit up there, but standard nowadays especially for the cheese cap). It did have good-quality matcha and the cheese cap was one of the best I've had - salty, sweet, and thick. I wish the matcha was just a tad sweetened, but otherwise it was delicious!

Decent tea, very good service, probably won't come back since there are plenty of good options in the area. Mountain rock tea with cheese cap: very sweet even when I got 50% sugar. I could have definitely gone down to 25%. I typically get 50% at most boba places. Boba was fine. Because you have to drink with a straw you don't get the full cheese cap (foam) taste. Service: friendly, self-older Ambience: plenty of space to sit and hangout. Doesn't feel cozy, and it could be slightly cleaner. Parking: plenty for the area

I randomly went here because it was the closest boba shop to me. I got the Jasmine Green Tea Latte and really enjoyed it. It had the perfect sweetness and there was no bitter tea aftertaste. I liked how I could really taste the tea as some places taste too milky. I wish I got multiple drinks from here. The interior was clean, had ample seating, and there are two kiosks you can order from.

located in a pretty busy plaza during lunch hours. there's a good amt of parking spots but it does get packed. interior is very clean and bright. there are 2 self serve kiosks to order from. wanted to get their tarts when we came but not sure if they discontinued them.. they wernt on the menu! got the mancoco and strawberry. love how they have an option to make their drinks decaffeinated through lemonade or apple cider vinegar.. thought that was very unique !! i subbed the whipped cream topping for cheese foam, not sure if that was the best idea because my drink ended up being very salty.. didn't enjoy it that much!

Much better tea than some of the other ones in Irvine. Tea taste is strong and fast service. I recommend their Jasmine tea coffee latte, it's the most unique drink on the menu and always consistently good!

Milk tea is great! I ordered the chocolate black tea with no sugar and it's perfect. They were not previously this good so I decided to give them another shot. The server on Saturday for the afternoon is great!

The Macha soy latte is probably one of the best Macha drinks I've ever had.

This was my first time trying this boba place, and I really enjoyed the drinks here. There's a self-service kiosk at the front where you can order your drinks and customize the sweetness and ice levels. It's very spacious inside, and there are a lot of tables with outlets nearby, making it a very cozy study spot. I ordered the premium matcha soy latte with 75% sweetness. They use high quality matcha and you can definitely taste it in the drink. The matcha flavor wasn't too strong like at other places I've been to. There also wasn't any unmixed matcha powder at the bottom which is a common problem I have with matcha-based drinks. The strawberry jasmine green tea tasted very fresh. It was obvious that real strawberries were used instead of strawberry syrup since there was no artificial taste. The boba texture was also perfectly chewy, and the honey added some extra sweetness to the drink. Overall, I would try this place again. The drinks tasted great and I really liked the interior. Unfortunately, the location is a bit inconvenient. It's located right next to a busy road so it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Other than that, I think this is a great boba spot to try if you're looking for drinks with fresh ingredients!

I always visited the Tustin location. This time I was around the Alton Pkwy location and the experience was horrible. I went there around 2 p.m.1. I was trying to order my usual mountain rock latte with boba. The staff tries really hard to refuse to take my order. They would not take it! They told me that they wanted to sell mountain rock to customers who will order the straight mountain rock tea without milk. They said they are low in stock for mountain tea. And wanted to sell me on the HN mixture of three tea instead because it uses less of the mountain rock tea leaves but still has the tea I wanted. No matter how hard I tried, they would not do it. I have tried those before. It was good but not what I wanted.2. I asked then what other tea is as robust and strong as mountains rock because I’m trying to order another same drink to go for my family and they suggested the Golden Black tea which she did not like at all. It was horrible and nothing robust. More like jasmine tea, rather.3. The bobas are not properly cooked. Very below standard. It was hard like plastic.4. Rewards-the staff was able to find my reward but said the Tustin and Alton parkway are separated and can not be used interchangeably.Lesson - if you want something and the staff cannot provide and refuse, should just walk away….This is not how you should run your businesses. Very disappointing.

H N Tea captured my taste buds with their outstanding offerings. The Strawberry Green Tea was a symphony of flavors, balancing the sweetness of strawberries with the earthy richness of green tea. The ambiance provided a serene setting, enhancing the overall tea-drinking experience. Service was prompt, adding to the positive atmosphere.

I ordered the Mountain Rock tea latte at 50% sweet with boba, and while I appreciate the flavorful roasted oolong tea flavor, 50% sweet tasted like 150% sweet. Whoa.

Love the strong tea flavor of milk tea drinks. Boba is perfect and not overly chewy. You can taste the quality of the tea. Drinks can sometimes take a while depending on how busy they are, but it's super easy to order online before you get there.

I stumbled upon this place while grabbing dinner next door. The place was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. You order on a kiosk which was easy to use. Their array of options includes a wide selection: from fruit teas to fresh tea lattes and cold brewed coffee. I opted for their popular mountain rock tea latte, purportedly named after being grown in rocky terrains, I chose 50% sweetness and added boba. My friend went with tai-chi sesame green tea latte at 75% sweetness. Both drinks were delightful, hitting the sweet spot just right for our tastes. The staff was friendly and provided recommendations, adding to the overall positive experience.

The selection of tea flavors is exceptional, offering premium, incredibly distinctive, and captivating options. I appreciate the customizable nature of the offerings, allowing you to tailor your tea to your preferences, whether you prefer it hot or cold, sweetened or unsweetened, and with dairy or nondairy options. Furthermore, their service is impressively fast and efficient.

Super modern and clean interior, but I was disappointed with the boba consistency. It was definitely overcooked and borderline mushy. Descent tea flavor (not as strong as I'd like), but I feel like I wasted $7 for a pile of mush in my cup. Despite the organic ingredients, there are plenty of boba places in the area that have their boba on point.
