Insomnia cookies is always delightful especially for a late night sweet treat! The ice cream favors are on par with the cookie types. I would say though if you get ice cream on top of a cookie, the cookie is tough to get through and requires strength. Flavors that I recommend are cookie dough and the mint chocolate chip! Most of all menu items are shareable. Got 3 ice cream scoops and a cookie and share it. We almost didn’t finish ot but we pushed through. Also it’s not that crowded at 12 am and the service is especially nice and helpful even when we were confused :))

Picked up a DoorDash order from here and had to wait a while since the store was busy. The workers were incredibly nice though and they even gave me a free chocolate chip cookie for the wait. It was such a great-tasting cookie and at about $3, the price is not bad at all for the quality of the cookie. Will definitely be coming back here again.

When I came here last week ,The workers look like their miserable and Was very disappointed, From the looks of it the manager looked mad that he had help out employee, on the upside he said he’d give me free cookies if I gave him a review. I feel bad for the staff, i saw online that they had to strike due to manager being unprofessional and not being treated fairly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for employment until we know this issue was fixed.

I'm ashamed of how many times I got cookies and ice cream here for my short trip to California. Loved the snickerdoodle cookies and the caramellionaire ice cream. Wish I had one of these in Nashville, but it's probably for the best that we don't.

The glass door is not closing itself like other restaurant doors and stays open untill someone closes it while AC blasting. It's an easy fix but owner is not paying attention to it for months.

As per a recommendation and the shop's Veteran's Day special, I took a chance and dropped in to make a purchase and received six free cookies Customer service was excellent, and prices were attractive to say the least for the delicious cookies I received. All of the usual flavors and a few exotic offerings too Snatched up an Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and a few others. This was my first visit and definitely not my last!

These cookies are pretty darn good. We got them delivered all the way to Northwood Pointe at 1 am. Great for cravings!The only downside is they are a little pricey for cookies and they aren't anywhere exceptional. They are a solid warm cookie though. Also, we ordered the box of 20 and was missing the snickerdoodle. We contacted them and they rectified it at least by refunding us $2. It's just sad when it was a flavor we were craving. All in all. It hits that late night diabetes craving.

This review is specifically for the Halloween Special: Insomnia Cookies had a Halloween event where you can receive a free cookie if you come dressed up in a costume. Imagine my surprise when I show up in costume and the cashier lets me know that it is a 2 1/2 hour wait for a free cookie due to low staffing. In my opinion, if you are going to hold, and mind you advertise, an event on a seemingly busy day, you would expect the staff to be more prepared. It's a little humorous to also know they had enough cookies for those who were purchasing, but not for those in attendance for the event; which was also everyone in line. Please be aware I am not blaming the staff, I am blaming management. I have heard some awful things about how Insomnia management treats their employees and can only imagine how Ill prepared they were due to management irresponsibility.

Ordered online at around 2:30-3pm and it was stated that the item would be ready at around 4 pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and was told that it would take 20 more minutes. After 20 more min they said it would take 10 more min. At this point I had to let them know that I would need them to expedite it because I had to a meeting at 6pm. I then learned that there was only one baker and tons of orders they had get through. Not entirely mad since they made the effort to be faster but still wasting 2 extra hours waiting was not fun.

My go to spot for some warm gooey center cookies with a nice outter crunch. Courtney was super sweet and provided welcoming service! Definitely a great spot for some late night sweet tooth cravings!

Massive kudos to the staff of this tiny little shop. I came here last night during peak UCI / UHS traffic and there was a massive line. The staff worked extremely quickly and with incredible patience as most of the patrons were either very tired or very drunk. Service was quick and the portions were pretty good, although the prices were pretty exorbitant. My ice cream sandwich had two massive scoops of ice cream and two cookies, which was a little hard to eat but when there's a will, there's a way! They provided spoons which definitely made it easier. I might come back if I'm looking for a sugar hit (since a lot of other shops are closed in Irvine once it hits 10 o'clock), but it definitely is pretty pricey.

The outer edges were crisp, and the inside was gooey and soft. It was also slightly warm, which made me gobble it down so fast! The menu didn't have many unique flavors. For the price, the cookie is on the smaller and thinner side compared to other places like Paderia or Crumbl. It was still very enjoyable.
Cookies were super delicious! Had a variety and we did NOT like any, we loved them all! Hoping for a closer location!
