Thanks for all the people giving honest reviews. I was thinking about trying this place, but I will skip it. I agree with the reviewer who said customer service is just as important as good food.

The food is amazing (and I'm Persian). I don't know if the reviews calling the quality "cardboard" are fake or not, but my order was seriously good, especially for the price. I ordered the tahdig two stew plate with fesenjoon and ghormeh sabzi. Both stews were delicious and the portions were huge. My boyfriend ordered the two beef kebab koobideh plate, which also was delicious and generously portioned. Along with our order, we received bread and butter, raw onions, mint, and sumac.

They always get my orders wrong here unless the older Iranian gentleman is working today I was there and I took my cart inside for a second to leave my groceries inside because I had my toddler with me and he was hungry and don't want to walk so the young buss boy started yelling at me about my cart and told him I'm leaving the cart for a second to put my bags down he continued yelling about leave your cart outside . Your job is to clean tables not yelling at customers the Iranian owner is very nice but they need to train their employees with some customer service manners . I'm not coming back here it is embarrassing to deal with a young employee yelling at you with no manners

A decent Persian food stall inside the Super Irvine International Market located at Culver Ave. Food is fresh, and they give generous portions. Lamb koobideh is very good in this place

It's hard to believe that this cafe inside a grocery store can serve such quality food. We ordered the Family Meal #1 and it was delicious! The boneless chicken and beef koobideh are so yummy! Both are extremely tender and very tasty. This meal comes with a huge portion of basmati rice and salad. It is plenty to feed a family of four. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a healthy and delicious meal.

Favorite place to get Persian food. Large portions. I love the lb shank with baghala polo, the dill and fava bean rice. I like to upgrade my rice for the kabobs to albaloo , cherry rice. The koobideh is awesome. I love their chicken salad I forgot the name for it.

Boneless chicken, never dissapoints. So Yummy. My family loves it. You can order on line which it's easier than having to call.

Excellent food...in the picture...Family style...two skewers of chicken, beef kobideh and one skewer of boneless chicken. Three different rice, regular, zerishk polo & addas pollo - some lavash, white raw onions and some mint on the side...just double check your order before leaving...they forgot my Greek salad...Luckey I checked....enjoy

Authentic Persian takeout restaurant inside the Super Irvine Market. Pro tip; they do not give you their homemade garlic sauce, you have to order it and it comes in 10oz container. Cant remember how much it's costs.. maybe $15? Thanks for question @Katrina

I highly recommend "Family Meal #1". The serving size is amazing and comes with (I cannot stress this enough) a GIANT salad and side of rice. The fixing are also included (mint, raw onion, lemon and Sumac). The boneless chicken and beef koobideh are the best I've had in all of Irvine! Give this place a chance, you will never regret it!

I wish I could give them a Big ZERO star!!! They have very very rude staff! They cannot even respect the customer on the phone! There are some mexican worker which one of the guys that answers the phone and the lady! They both are so rude to the customer and they just hang up on you! Very disappointed and will never order again!!!

First thing-do not plan to eat here as it is very unappealing and doesn't look very clean. Second thing-take it home! Portions are enormous and the fesenjon is our family favorite. Large menu available. Staff is not very personable so just ignore them since the food is worth it.

Food quality used to be good. It’s been downhill last few years. They keep jacking up the price, blaming the pandemic.
