My wife and I love this spot. The food is absolutely amazing, flavorful, and filling. The service is always warm and attentive. If you like a ramen house, this is it!!!

Miso ramen & spicy ramen with egg rolls, edamame, and Grilled gyoza Shout out kaz for helping out. This guy has great service! This place is super underrated and I think this is top 5 in Irvine. Definitely my wife and I go-to ramen spot. Cant wait to try the sushi next time. See you next week Kaz!

I ordered the tonkotsu miso ramen to go. The noodles were still great after 20-30 minutes and the broth and chashu were extremely flavorful. Will be coming here again to try the other options.

I glanced at the menu displayed outside the storefront and my child and I decided to order some Hamburger curry and Gyoza. We attempted to place our order, struggling to communicate through the plexiglass barrier with the counter attendant. Unfortunately, due to the combination of ambient noise and the plexiglass, we couldn't make out what she was saying, making the ordering process quite challenging.The counter attendant appeared frustrated and flipped the menu, revealing stickers over certain menu items, indicating they were unavailable. Feeling a bit flustered, we stepped aside to discuss our options. After deliberating, we selected different items. However, when we tried to place the order again, we faced the same communication barrier with the attendant. In frustration, she slammed her hand on the counter and shouted something, leaving us feeling disheartened.As one of the top google restaurant reviewer who takes reviewing restaurants seriously, I believe in providing unbiased feedback. I generally favor supporting small, family-owned establishments, understanding the difficulties of running a restaurant firsthand. However, it's important to note that individuals with impatience and a short temper may not be suited for the service industry.

J San Ramen is in the Jamboree Tustin Marketplace. There's plenty of parking. I love that this area has outdoor seating and each venue offers indoor seating. We ordered the chicken ramen, the baby octopus, shrimp tempura curry and crunchy roll. All so delicious. The restaurant is clean and the servers will take your order and bring it out to you. The food came out pretty fast. I only wish that the restaurant was cooler, it was stuffy the day we visited. Also, the container for the ramen to take home was paper and so it got pretty soaked up and ended up being messy. I would recommend finding an alternative container.

Very interesting as not what I expected a fast food ramen shop. Order at the counter and pick up food. There's indoor and outdoor dining Lunch special is at a reasonable price. We opt for the regular order. The garlic ramen has great garlicky favors with cha shu, sold boiled egg, corns and seaweed. The spicy miso is better with great taste of heat and miso. Noodles texture is good bait tips soft not chewy. Right elastics

4.5 stars. Came here for the first time recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, it's not my favorite ramen spot ever but it definitely hit the spot for my ramen craving. Considering the convenience of the location, friendly service, and reasonable prices, I will definitely be going back. We enjoyed the crunch roll, tonkotsu spicy miso, gyoza, and curry bowl.

Stopped by this place for dinner on a Saturday night a little before closing (closes at 8:30pm). The restaurant was empty except for one other group. Small booth seating for up to 4. We ordered the spicy miso ramen and had a coupon for free takoyaki. The spicy miso ramen had the perfect amount of spice in my opinion but the broth was not hot enough so halfway through, the soup was just lukewarm. The pork was over cooked and a bit hard. The takoyaki was pretty decent. The servers were very nice and attentive. Overall it was ok. Not my go to but will work in a pinch
