We have had the opportunity to use Jersey Mikes twice to cater a golf tournament for 200 people and also a special event for 50 people. I can't thank them enough for their high quality catering and amazing customer service. A special thanks to Hope, Marketing/Catering supervisor for also providing delivery!! She made it simple and an enjoyable experience. I can't wait to work with them and Hope for our next event! They are extremely consistent with their food and service and take pride in what they do - thank you!!

I come here once a week. The staff are friendly and quick. The manager, Julio always smiles and says hello to me. He has my order memorized, #13 Italian Sub Mike's Way with pepperoncinis, pickles, and mayo. It's a nice center with tables outside and its a great place to take a relaxing lunch break. Every once in a while I change it up and get a Philly Cheesesteak. This one was so amazing I had to take a picture of it, and I'm not one of those guys.

I come to this jersey mikes at least once a week. All of the guys that work there are awesome, friendly and do a great job with customer service and making the food. However, there is ONE employee that clearly doesn't like her job. She has a horrible attitude every single time I come here. She doesn't care about how she makes the sandwiches and throws the ingredients around while making it. A handful of times she hasn't even asked if I wanted my sandwich mikes way, or when I had already asked the other person on the line to, where she just acts like she doesn't hear and wraps the sandwich up. She wears a mask always and is shorter with dark hair. There are 2 women that work there so please don't get the two mixed up. This one employee is literally ruining this location and your management is letting it happen. Figure it out.

Terrible service here. Came here during lunch to pick up a sub I ordered. No signs to show where the pick up area is. Staff look like they hate their lives, especially the lady behind the cash register who ignored me the entire time. Only for someone in the line to advise where the pick up area was. Will not be returning, many other sandwich places around with better service.

It's my Birthday today, and I had just read a list of food chain places online that give free items on your special day that DONT require the use of their app, so I came here. It was one free regular sandwich and 22 oz drink. Well I didn't feel very special when after showing them my ID with birthdate, they said they don't give free sandwiches. They said I did have enough shore points to cash in for a free one, I'd just have to pay for my drink, that was supposed to come free too. Little disappointed about this. Why advertise that you do and then dont?

I always get their Italian sub on rosemary.I really like this location for Jersey Mike's because there is outdoor seating!And the tables are kept clean..the property manager here has a designated staff to clean out door tables shared by other restaurants.Jersey Mike's is one of favorite places for subs. The meat is freshly sliced. And having it The Mike's way just add more sandwich goodness because of the red wine vinegar and olive oil that adds another level of flavor.It's a chain. It's predictable how their sandwich will taste. And it's overall good!.

My sandwich was ok. I've been to several jersey Mike's location and their bread was fresh and tasty. I don't know if their not making a new one since it's almost closing time when I visited. I was expecting more since their price is kind a pricey. For sure I'll buy jersey Mike again since it's my favorite sandwich place.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a mini sandwich and they rung me up for a regular. When I told them they charged me for the wrong item instead of giving me the $3 they overcharged me for they threw a cup at me for a drink. If I wanted to order a meal I would have. Even if I got a mini sandwich meal it would still be less than what they charged me. Extremely displeased with the service and for way overcharging me. Just want my money back for something that I didn't order. Don't think that's a lot to ask for.

This place is the reason why I miss Wawa, it's okay at best but if you've never had Wawa then I understand how it can be considered good. Wawa just uses fresh, quality bread and ingredients, maybe it's because it's on the east coast but Wawa definitely makes a better Italian sandwich or hoagie if you're from the East Coast!

Making me wait behind the slowest lady in the history of sandwiches isn't a good look. You could easily have had one of the 5 people standing around finish my simple sandwich and not burn thru 15 mins of my 30 min lunch break. You can do better .
