Called them 10 times, no answer. Got to the place and placed an order in person, in the meantime while I was waiting for my order, I called them again to see if the phone rang at all or not. I heard so much about this jersey Mike’s sub so finally I went there and try it to be honest all the stuff that I heard about it. I was so disappointed they have not enough toppings. They have only cheese the meat lettuce that’s about it I guess no bell pepper no Sriracha sauce just plain sandwich. I am never going back there and I would suggest don’t go there.

They literally can never get my order right. They've messed up the last 3 times. Just a bunch of kids that don't care if your order is right. I think they don't understand English or you need to order in a different language for them to understand? Worst Jersey Mikes go to the other ones in Irvine!

Definitely don't go to this location if you have an allergy. The workers did not understand what cross-contamination was and I had to explain how to handle it. We got there 30 mins after opening and there was no line and we still felt like an inconvenience.

Online ordering is usually a breeze. Except for today. I arrived not long after my order said it would be ready. I inform the gentleman working the register that I placed an online order. He looks around for 2 minutes only to come back and tell me that someone had picked up my order already. Even stated the thief's name. He goes to the back to tell his manager. Manager looks at the printouts and determines that in fact I did place an order. No apology. No explanation. Just began making my order. I've ordered pick up at this location half a dozen times and never had an issue until today. Beware if you place an order online for pick up at this location. They could care less if someone takes your order. They'll even tell you who stole your order. An $80 order just to be inconvenienced!
I love Jersey Mike's, and I choose this location over another that's a bit closer because it brought back lemons for ice tea.

How can you possibly mess up the most basic sandwich? Just order from here .... All I want was a simple BLT on white with mayo and tomato. I got a BLT on whole wheat with ice cold (old looking) bacon with no mayo. So disappointed....this was not a difficult order.

I had the Philly cheese steak was delicious they are a little stingy on the beef so there's definitely multiple bites where I don't get any meat.However , personally better than subway for subs!
