The crepe cakes at Lady M are outstanding. We love getting Lady M cakes for any occasion. Not only is the flavor unique, but the presentation of the cakes is beautiful. The staff at the Irvine shop are always friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend Lady M Irvine .

Arrogant, Rude behavior, no manner… you guys should learn customer communication.. there is a word in english called PLEASE…very very easy to pronounce and it’s magical when it comes to customer relation….learn that…you are selling sweets…simply cakes…don’t forget we pay you

Honestly the best millie crepe cakes. I didn't have any issues with the customer service as other have reported. I came in on a Saturday night close to closing. They staff wasn't overly friendly but nice enough. I got a slice of the chocolate and a slice of matcha. I've also had their original cake at a party. All of them VERY good! The chocolate was VERY rich though and if you don't like dark chocolate it may not be the best option for you. the matcha was delicious, heavy on the matcha flavor. The original is perfectly smooth and creamy. Pricing it a bit outrageous but to be fair this is the best millie crepe cakes I've hard so it's understandable.

I'm just comparing the service between the Arcadia and Irvine stores.The service is like night and day. As mentioned by other reviewers, the service is terrible at the Irvine boutique. The server at Arcadia was attentive, courteous and made me feel like i was flying First Class. On the other hand, the service at the Irvine store made me feel worse than flying Economy on the worst discount airlines. At this price point, service is as important as the cake itself. What a let down.Avoid the Irvine store if service is part of why you spend $120 for a 9" cake.

This place is a must-visit for crepe cake enthusiasts.They offer a wide variety of crepe cakes, and in my opinion, the passion fruit cake was overly sweet, while the pistachio one was perfect and very delicious.The staff was friendly, and the interior was clean and tidy.The cake prices are above average, but it's worth it.
