Stopping by for a late lunch early dinner with my hubby during their happy hour. What a steal from the happy hour deal for dinning in! Our total came out to be around only $32 before tip with 2 bowls of trio shrimp noodle, extra egg topping, braised tofu appetizer and a hot tea. Take out is still regular price though. The bowl size is a very good portion, actually a bit big for me. I could only finished half of it. I had the tossed noodle and hubby got the broth one. Although the tossed noodle has good flavor, I have to say I prefer the broth one better. I can taste the flavors of the shrimp peels being roasted before shimmered into the broth, so much depth and richness. Now I know which one to get next time. Will definitely come back again to try other dishes and bring my boys along as well.

Wasn't feeling like broth so I got some shrimp tossed noodles and YUMMMM! The texture of these noodles were PERFECT. Minus 1 star though because for some reason the shrimp balls were really cold??? Service is pretty do it yourself. You scan a menu, order and pay on the website. There's a lot of seating including a big table in the middle so it's good for big groups. Nice place to eat at after exhausting your wallet from shopping!

String deep flavored shrimp ramen noodle with wontons. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance is casual and is located inside the Collage food hall near the entrance to Bloomingdale's at South Coast Plaza. It's own by the Paradise Group so it's more Chinese tasting than Japanese. Come early before the long line at lunch. Highly recommended!

This place is very comfy, decently priced and the ramen MMMMMMMMMMMMMM. The broth is soo good, creamy, perfectly seasoned, the noodles are perfect and not very heavy on the stomach, the service is very friendly and quick, you'll need a smartphone to order but it's very easy either scan the QR code or tap your phone 10/10 I recommend. And this place goes on the clean plate list for me

It was an interesting experience. I was able to order on my phone. I was able to make changes on what I wanted to order. It was my first time going to this location and it was an interesting food hall. I was also able to pay online and split the check.

Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is one of my FAVORITE places to eat in all of Orange County. Seriously, if you're a shrimp lover and a ramen lover, this restaurant will leave you more than satisfied. The broth is so rich and flavorful, and has the same creaminess that traditional ramen has. You can tell that shrimp heads have been simmered for hours to make that broth, leading to the delicious complex flavors in every single bite. You can choose your noodles here, but I always go for the ramen noodles. The noodles are always cooked so perfectly, are bouncy, and grab onto the flavors of the broth so perfectly. Also, PSA: They have happy hour! I was able to get my bowl of shrimp noodles for only $13, which is largely discounted and a huge steal! I highly recommend checking their instagram to find the happy hour times, and to periodically see what other promotions they have running. I'm so excited that Le Shrimp Ramen is opening in Irvine Spectrum -- I really hope that it's just as good as this location. I will definitely be reviewing their new location once it opens up!

big prawn noodle (4.5/5) the broth tasted very shrimp-y and rich, i enjoyed it but not sure i'd be able to eat an entire bowl by myself. the ramen wasn't overcooked & i like how it included cabbage. the shrimp were big, perfectly cooked, and i loved how they keep the heads on! chicken shrimp spicy wontons (4.2/5) not pictured, they came out really fast and i forgot to take a photo. i personally don't love wontons, hence the lower rating but i do think this restaurant has better wontons than MANY other places. the wontons weren't overcooked, the shrimp in the filling was fresh and plump, and the sauce was pretty good too. i wish they were served hotter (temperature wise) and that they gave additional chili oil and vinegar to add though. overall, this place has very fresh and quality ingredients and i'm glad i got to try it out. the restaurant is smaller and more casual than i expected, you order through a QR code and you can pay right after ordering as well. service was really quick & i was in and out within 20-25 minutes!

I just want to say that this place blew UP! The first time me and my girlfriend went here, there was not that many people. Glad we manage to try the place out during it's soft opening period and at the same time really glad this place is thriving! Ya'll make some mean shrimp ramen that's irresistible! FOOD Honestly this place is always on point. I can't complain. The appetizers. The broth. The SHRIMP! I can't get enough of it. Quality of the food can't get any better! But as for the entrees we ordered, we had the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle, Big Prawn & Braised Scallion Soy Chicken Shrimp Noodle and for the appetizers/sides, Chilled Tofu with Crispy Onion in Vegan Oyster Sauce and Long Jing Tea Lava Egg(both of these are ALWAYS our go-to and never fails us) Can I say that the tofu is just....how can I say. It sends me to another dimension, I may be over-exaggerating but wow that tofu is amazing! And it's just tofu! But not just any tofu obviously lol! I would always pair the tofu after every bite of my ramen and it's just the best combination! SERVICE & ENVIRONMENT The service is always on par, I get that it's busy and ya'll get so stressed from the orders and the long wait but honestly, the servers, cashiers and cooks, you guys are killin' it out there. ESPECIALLY on busy weekends with everyone bringing their family to try out your scrumdiddlyumptious shrimp ramen! KEEP IT UP GUYS! OVERALL If you question the whole "shrimp ramen" idea, just go. Stand in that long line, it's worth it. Or better yet, try to go on a weekday, I'm sure there's not much of a line compared to the weekend. The concept was so interesting and now me and my girlfriend are hooked!

This place has the perfect broth! I got the prawn and chicken wonton shrimp noodle and my friend got the braised scallion soy chicken shrimp noodle. The soup was very delicious and had a really nice shrimp flavor to it. The noodles were good as well and go well with the soup. You can choose whatever noodle type they offer here but I recommend the regular one as it suits it the best. The wontons and soy chicken were very soft and delicious as it soaked in the broth. I think the soup is the main star of the show. For the service, the seating was quick but whenever I come here it takes long for the food to come. The food always comes out hot and always taste fresh so I think that makes up for the time but I just wished it was faster. This place is decorated with these really cool lanterns and the inside is just really nice to look at overall.

Ramen broth is pungent and thick to give the noodles a delicious taste. I had the one with the shrimp paste and my husband had the one with the prawns. Quick order with the QR code. Service was attentive. Clean ambiance.

This place was recommended by a friend and is a must-try. We have several favorite items from the menu, including crispy chicken garlic, baby cabbage, chicken wonton, and tossed noodle with vegan broth. Clean ambiance, pleasant staff, particularly Kay, the manager.

We went to this hole in the wall restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime and the line snaked all the way around so try not going during lunchtime, dinner is apparently better. PARKING Open parking lot in front and to the side of Bloomingdale's. The weird thing is they didn't put a lot of handicapped spaces so be prepared to walk SERVICE The wait was worth it but like many Yelpers say: service has a lot to be desired. They servers are super nice and helpful, it's just that they need more of them. Food isn't cheap - so you'd still expect to be waited on when you are given a table, right? They seem overworked and understaffed. Add one or two more guys and you would make many Yelpers like me very happy. FOOD Delicious. The shrimp broth is to die for. DATE OR NOT DATE WORTHY? I would say this place is really good for couples who've been together for a while. Ideally a place where Grandma and Grandpa would 100% enjoy so yes, take them here and they'll go bananas over their food. For those of you who aren't grandparents yet.

The first shrimp broth in the US The rich broth is absolutely amazing! Highlights of the menu: A1 Signature trio shrimp noodle A2 Big prawn & braised scallion soy chicken (thigh meat) shrimp noodle 3. Egg for side dish 4. Veggie for side dish - the sauce is good! A cozy place in South Coast plaza food court. The flow is fast so if you see a line don't be panic. You can scan QR code for menu and ordering, very efficient system where they can use less labor and convenient. You can choose the thickness of noodles and if you want your shrimp peeled or not. Highly recommended!
