It sucks because the lady here is usually super nice but the new hire or whoever was working today was not. I came with my family and we waited for a good 5 minutes before she stopped talking to her friends at a nearby table and came to help. she was also super slow and told us our food would come out in 10 minutes (it didn’t), and she argued with us when we asked about it. and then she didn’t even call the order when it was ready! I’ve really never had an experience like this. I like the flavors of the food but please get better customer service.

Left Wing is so good!!! I'm really glad that I got to try it out for myself because I have heard a lot of bad reviews about it. I ordered a Medium Boneless Honey Butter Garlic Wings that came with 1 choice of side, and I got the Mac Salad. The food came out faster than the Flash Avenger! The wings' flavor was on point--delicious, crispy, and moist! The Mac Salad was creamy and yummy! Overall, I am definitely coming back with my friends! I'm impressed with the flavors and the variety of sides/appetizers to choose from! They even offer chicken bowls and a chicken burger. The staff was great, and there was no wait at all! The food came out fresh.

Nice to have easy access to Korean Fried Chicken when already around for grocery shopping. It's good but not better than bbq chicken. I wish it were all wings, it's a mix of chicken pieces.

Amazing, well flavoured, crispy chicken! I've tried all the flavours and highly recommend their soy chilli garlic flavour. Squid legs and takoyaki are also delicious, and their pickled radish and mac salad are also consistently delicious!Great service, really kind staff, and the food hall is a nice place to sit and eat, even when busy.

This is the best Korean Fried Chicken in Irvine. Tried all the different places and this place has by far the best flavor. Service is pretty good and the staff is always friendly. Recommend the sweet and spicy
The medium size portion is too much for one person! Although the side dish (mixed cabbage) was too small! I wished they have a small size option too (for the chicken I mean)!My wings were actually mostly fried thighs (just one wing), I liked it but I can imagine it could be a downside for some people who really looking for wings!The quality was good overall!The original one was a bit spicy!

The wings here are pretty good, but it took 20+ minutes for one small order of wings. Be prepared to wait if you order from this place. We thought we could just grab and go, but nope. They should warn customers of the wait time before they place their order.
