Visited with in laws during our trip to socal this Easter break. I thought it was at the Irvine spectrum but it was closer to the industrial center and thus, easier parking (although may hard to find at first). I can tell this place is hectic during the business day lunch break. Order at the counter then wait for your food; ours was not a long wait on a Saturday at 4pm. Many options. Many many many! So take your time and be adventurous but always, always get the mint chuntney. Flavors will rock your socks off. I think this business model would lend itself to fast expansion like Cava or Chipotle so I wish all the best to the staff and ownership. Very approachable, easy to enjoy Indian food (albeit not maybe 100% authentic, but it’s still very satisfying)

Looking for some vegan Indian food and this place was delicious. Tons of vegan options labeled on their menu. The Samos were perfection and the Chole Curry Bowl was a flavorful hearty meal. My husband got the Dal Makhani and loved it. The hostess told us that they could make a lot of the build a bowls vegan as well if you choose potato or tofu as your protein. Highly recommend trying this place. A great lunch spot. I will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Tons of Vegan and Vegetarian options clearly labeled. Very hearty. Left feeling full and happy. Build you own meals can be made vegan or vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options clearly labeled so it is easy for non dairy or lactose free eaters to find something they can eat.

Tons of vegan and vegetarian options! The food quality was superb and very flavorful, came in good portion sizes, and service was fast. Excellent spot that flew under our radar as we usually search for "vegan", but mixed it up by searching for "vegetarian" and came across this wonderful spot.Highly recommend the samosas! My SO and I shared the chole and dal makhani and an order of samosas. Both orders came with some superb roti and basmati rice, and they were loaded with vegetables and spices. The ratio of rice to chole/dal makhani was perfect as well.We shared everything after a long day out and still had leftovers.Vegetarian options: All applicable options are clearly labeled as vegetarian/vegan, and there are a ton of choices. After chatting with the hostess, it was mentioned that the build-a-bowl options can all also be made vegan/vegetarian if potatoes or tofu are selected as the main filling.Dietary restrictions: Super flexible menu, tons of vegan options!

Decided to try Maast Indian for a pre-long weekend meal and so glad I did!! As you walk in, the restaurant is spacious and bright with beautiful wall decor and ceiling lamps. The tables are 4 seaters and large which I love! The restaurant is family run by Mom and Pop with the son as head chef. They were beyond hospitable, friendly and kind to us and the kids. It felt like we were at a friend's house! The menu has vegetarian and vegan options that are clearly labeled. The food is a wonderful fusion mix of Indian food with a modern twist. They had street food and Mexican style dishes. We ordered quite a few dishes. Their portion sizes are generous!! And dishes are served on cute steel dishes. The braised lamb vindaloo was exceptional. It was tender and delicious. The butter chicken wings were unique and well made. The Mexican queso tots were a huge portion and absolutely delicious!! Pani puri and sev puri were good. I love that the sev puri was on flat puris. I felt the sauces were lacking in tangy spicy flavor. The Gulab jamun cake and Rose Falooda dessert cup were interesting and unique too! The masala chai was on point and freshly brewed. The food was served quick. Loved our experience and will be back!

This was such a phenomenal food experience. My friend and I got the paratadilla, samosa chaat, and sev puri and it was all phenomenal. In the front the worker was extremely sweet and explained to me how this is a family restaurant and I can really taste that in the quality of the food. I will 100% be coming back here since I actually tried this food at an event prior and asked the host for the food to begin with since it was so yummy!

Small casual place. I ordered the Daal Makhami Curry bowl- it was delicious I can't wait to go back for more!

Different take compared to our usual Indian places - more of a fast casual vibe with fusion-type food. Feel like fusion can be a bit of a gamble - either beautifully elevating the 2 cuisines or not doing justice to either. In this case, the food was outstanding! Loved that I was able to do meat and veg for my curry - feel like that's something I always want with my Indian curries but often feel like it's either meat or veggies. We had the coconut korma with chicken and veggies medium spice - spice level was perfect, curry was rich and flavorful - chicken and veggies were tender. We also had a burrito with lamb vindaloo - tasty, fun way to eat curry. The fries were crispy and fun to eat fries with Indian flavors instead of usual ketchup.
