Always forgets at least one item at drive thru. By the time we notice it’s too late. So today we checked it in the parking lot and of course we were missing an item. When we walked up to the door, all the doors were locked for some reason so we couldn’t even go inside to get out items, why are the doors locked in the middle of the day during business hours??? Always check your orders at the window when you’re getting drive thru

They closed early without putting up any signs to let customers know. We sat in the drive thru for a couple minutes with no one saying or doing anything. Finally placed a mobile order (which, went through and they took my money), only for an employee to come out 20 minutes later to tell us they aren’t open.
