This place is open from 7am to 3pm mon to friday and has the freshest ingredients (some made daily) and I love their coffee and baked goods and breakfast burrito . Lots of parking and on the 1st floor of the corporate building! Highly recommended for breakfast brunch and lunch.

ordered a matcha latte, had high hopes, but it did not taste good at all. thought this would be a legit artisan cafe, but this is just another basic corporate coffee shop. i was fooled by the cute aesthetic. nothing amazing on the menu. service was fine.

walked in and saw no one at the front. waited 5 minutes and no barista came out from the back to greet me and take my order, quite annoying. vibes were nice though and the interior is pretty so points for that. i just wish i had my coffee and breakfast with me.

Loved this little gem inside a business complex. Their pastries made by the owner are so yummy and my fav is chicken sandwich. I personally like their breakfast burrito - def not a typical American breakfast burrito but something different with hard boiled egg, cheese, avocado, hash brown, and my favorite- their storemade pickled cabbage!

Good location and not crowded. Spanish Latte was a little sweet to me. I’m not sure if I’ll visit again in the future.

Small and cute. Probably serves most of the working clients in this plaza and residents in apts across the street.Good place to stop by for change of coffee scenery. They don’t have all the bells and whistles like other fancier coffee places but sometimes you just need simple and efficient to hit the spot. This breakfast burrito here is unique and surprisingly delicious! Hard boiled egg with pickled cabbage goes very well with the rest (hash brown, bacon, avocado)Not sure if this is on the official menu but the barista recommended I try the hazelnut latte - had it with 1.5 pumps of hazelnut to watch the sugar level and with coconut milk. Divine on a ☀️day!

Staff is really friendly here. I come here a few times a week. Love the lavender americano. One of my favorite places to grab a latte in town.

I've driven by many times but on a cold and rainy day I decided to stop for a hot latte. This shop is located alone on the bottom floor of a building in a business plaza which is surrounded by huge apartment communities. It's a tiny place with maybe 6 stools at a counter inside and three patio tables outside. I ordered a hot vanilla latte from the pleasant young woman working that morning. They had a couple of muffins and a couple of bagels in a case as well as some banana bread. I decided to have a chocolate muffin too. They also offer other items like a burrito and sandwiches but the menu is quite limited for both food and drink. I sat on one of the counter stools and ate the muffin which was moist and delicious. The vanilla latte just tasted like extra-bitter & burnt coffee. I'm not sure if it was the bean roast or the brewing but it was awful. I drank a quarter of it to help wash down the muffin but then tossed it. That and the high prices (their lease must be expensive!) lead me to give 2.5 stars rounded up.

Location was easy to find, lots of parking available. Small interior with some outside seating, it’s cute. Service was good, seemed like it may have only been 1 or 2 people working.I ordered the breakfast burrito, it will provide you with the energy to continue your morning but not much more. If you're looking for a good classic, real breakfast burrito that you’ll enjoy eating - skip this place, maybe get a coffee or a yogurt parfait here instead.Burrito comes with sliced hard boiled eggs, pickled cabbage, few crumbs of bacon, lots of avocado, lots of soft hashbrowns, and allegedly some cheese but I couldn't find it in the mush of it all. This could be considered a good burrito in rural Canada or Maine or West Virginia, but there is too much Latinx influence in southern California to be able to get away with this. Honestly, I did expect Ashton Kutcher to jump out at some point letting me know I'd been punk'd and that he was going to bring me a real burrito but alas I had to finish out the boiled egg and cabbage burrito bc I paid $11.85 for it.Parking: M+H is located in a business complex, easy to find free parking in the lot. Two dedicated 15 min spots.

Went in at around 9:30 am. I wanted acai and a strawberry banana smoothie, but they were out of acai and banana, so I tried their mango smoothie it was more watery than a smoothie. Call before you go to see if they have available.

Just keep in mind that there isn't a place to sit inside. It's very limited, but the drinks are good.
