They only get a 2 because all of the workers are rude n not friendly except for 1 young Asian man who went above and beyond to be extremely courteous to every single person he served. The food is a hit or miss, not always prepared the same under n over cooked. But I only go back and take a chance becuz 1 the young Asian man, and the mediocre prices. But I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION PROMOTES THE YOUNG MAN. because he clearly knows how to treat customers. Which we all know pays the bills for all businesses.

Don't let them trick you, the containers are smaller in size then they use to be and the portions are also smaller!! But worst part is the quality of the food really fell off and they still charge the same?? Don't recommend this specific place at all. Google other Chinese food spots within the area

We go to this branch frequently, and the quality of the food is hit and miss! Some days everything seem fresh and delicious, and some other days the food is soggy and full of salt!
Always a long wait here in the drive thru. I'm in this drive thru as we speak and as it's always been long, it's never been this long. We haven't moved an inch in 26 minutes. This will be my last time at this location. This is supposed to be fast food. The food is already done. Pack it up and get this line moving.

Despite no one ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to complete my order because the team prioritized an extensive kitchen clean-up over my meal preparation. This happened right above the fresh food meant for me. I questioned the manager, who conveniently sent the assistant manager, offering no solutions-for the inconvenience, just a remake of my food with a longer wait (I’m not gonna wait any longer). Disappointing service; seriously, I don't recommend this Irvine and Tustin Panda Express, if they do that in front of customers, I have no clue what might happens when no customers around...

I love this Panda Express! It's the best one in Orange County. It's near offices, so the food is fresh, and they have more options than other places. I give 5 stars for the yummy food and 5 stars for the hardworking staff. You can even use the drive-thru instead of walking in. Try the big plate with 3 sides – perfect for two people with a mix of chow mein and fried rice. Great experience every time!
