I love this Papa John’s. They are the best one in Orange County. Always accurate and quick. Good deals and decent parking out front. Only weird thing is they don’t deliver.

Tonight I ordered a "Shaq-a-Roni" pizza (along with another 2 pizzas and wings).Opened the box and found an XL Cheese Pizza.Called the store, and the lady who picked up said the order was correct and that the "Shaq-a-Roni" pizza was just a Cheese Pizza with ZERO toppings.Forget that the app photo has loads of pepperoni on it, or that the description says "...loaded with extra cheese and covered in over sixty pepperoni from edge to edge...", or that my app Order History says "Toppings: Extra Cheese, Pepperoni". I even have photos, that I offered to send (see attached photos).When pressed further, the lady said that the order was correct on her end, and that I could file a complaint with corporate. When asked for her name, she hung up.I understand that people can make mistakes from time to time... but that level of customer service (or lack thereof) is unforgivable.*** ZERO STARS ***

It's been twenty years since I've ordered this brand. When the kids were little, this was our Friday night tradition. My kids fought over the garlic sauce....For nostalgia, ordered today. Gosh - it's exactly how I remembered it and I'm in a different state now?! That's one heck of an effort to ensure their brand is consistent from East to West Coast!Even got all that delicious garlic sauce all to myself. LOL.Delivered by Door Dash, accurate and piping hot. This will happen again!

I came here to redeem a birthday cookie. I placed an online order and it was ready within ten minutes. The guys working seemed like they were over it but that is completely understandable. The cookie was warm and a little crunchy for my taste but it was pretty yummy. They are a little thinner than they used to be. I wouldn't pay $10 for it but for free?? I can't complain.
Overall 5.9/10Went here 2nd time for their new XL NY 18inch pizza half pepperoni half grilled chicken. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't as good as the 1st time I went with their regular large pepperoni pizza. Crust was weird in a way that it wasn't crispy nor soft/chewy enough. Flavor of the cheese and little sauce as well didn't help.Lastly, NY pizzas are VERY THIN, this pizza was half the thickness of their regular pizza which is still about 50% thicker than actual NY pizza.Upside are fast pick up time and lots of topping.I really wouldn't recommend their NY style pizza if you really want to know what NY pizza, try Loosie's pizza in santa ana.

In Mexico, Papa John's used to be my favorite fast-food pizzaI was expecting the same or something better because USThe truth is that it was very disappointing, the pizza was unflavored, and seems to be old food, also it was coldI'll will never buy at Papa John's at US again

Not all pizza is the temperature of a grill inside an oven inside a blast furnace inside of Hell. But this is. It's a sick person who wants their pizza to burn the roof of their mouth so that skin literally melts and comes out like the cellophane wrapping on a cup of pudding. Am I that person? No, but I do like to see melty cheese like those magical slices of pizza had in TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES and this place gets close.

Order for pickup online, had to wait a long time to pay because they thought the online price I paid wasn't correct. After several minutes waiting for her wandering, I show the online order, had to wait more because couldn't charge the extra garlic sauce the charge extra and pay twice.

Order my birthday freebie and two papadias the food order said 31 minutes I order at 3:47pm my food got here at 5:00pm and I called the manager and explained the situation , did not show a card in the world and he told me he was “telling the driver to leave” and did not want to accommodate the fact his food delivery failed to arrive on time and deliver up to company standards would never order from here again! And don’t recommend anyone else wasting their time or money at this useless franchise. Horrible horrible horrible human decency , and customer service would give zero stars!!!
