Love a good pho bowl at the end of the week. We started with some rolls that were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The bowls are gigantic! I got a small and still thought it was large, good bang for your buck. You can also make your own bowl, pick what type of meats you want in your pho. Very cool! This place is popping, nonstop.

Really didn't like the pho here. The soup was average, nothing outstanding. The noodles were flimsy. The meat was whatever as well. Wouldn't come here on a rainy day if it was the only place open. Service was bad. Had to ask for chopsticks. Ambiance was aight

How can Saigon Pearl have such a low rating? It's one of the best places in town. The food is so fresh and high quality and bone broth is amazing. I've eaten here maybe ten times and I always love it. I'm hoping it's open this weekend!! It's great and has a nice vibe too.

I was looking forward to spending family time here enjoying lunch. Most of the food was good. The grilled chicken and beef to add to Pho, was cold and dry. The side of shrimp was cold also. The waiter was very lethargic... he looked like he was forced to take our order. He never returned to come ask if we needed anything! The prices are not that cheap! Customer service was a "0". there is so much to choose from at the spectrum. This place will NEVER be on my list.

The food sucks and the employees are equally bad. Save your money and eat anywhere else.

This place was very disappointing. Came in at 7pm, the restaurant was more than half full. I ordered bun with grilled beef, not sure why I had shrimp, but I'd say the waiter took advantage of that situation. Instead of telling him which number on the menu, I told him what I wanted, never mentioned shrimp, but he added that. I'd say that was a desperate move. Anyhow, my order took 15 mins to arrive, and it was cold. The beef was terrible, shriveled like it was sitting for 30 mins unattended. The vegetables were also disappointing, barely any lettuce and a lot of bean sprouts. I'm not vietnamese but this dish is not at par. The staff service was minimal, they just take your order and drop it off, nothing more. I think they're lucky I gave them tip. There's so many restaurants in this plaza, skip this restaurant at all costs, not worth it. Taste like sewer food!

Absolutely amazing, order delivery and I was super satisfied with both plates! Will definitely visit or order delivery again, highly recommend giving it a try yourself!

These are the best egg rolls in town hands down. Service is always extremely quick too. One of my regular spots for Vietnamese food.

Con: The basil did not look fresh and I wish I had checked it more thoroughly before eating anything. I unfortunately found the lower half of a bug in the pho while eating. I wanted to check if it really was a beetle, so I let it dry out over night and can confirm it was a beetle from the legs. I was grossed out finding that in my vegetarian pho. I threw it out without eating anymore because I started feeling nauseous. Later, I found another review with a photo of a bug on the vegetables that looks a lot like what I imagine this bug would have looked like still alive. Pretty bad experience finding that my dinner was marinating in at least one beetle, so I will not return or recommend Pho Saigon Pearl.Pro: Service was great. Staff were helpful and accommodating to my vegetarian diet.

This was my favorite take out place during Covid. They use grilled chicken for their noodles and its way better than the steamed chicken that pho places normally use. This makes their chicken pho leagues better than their other options. Same for their garlic noodles. Mango smoothie is the best flavor they have.

Food wasn't good at all. We got the banh mi, combo pho, and a kids chicken rice dish. Banh mi - meh..had a weird flavor to it like a paste of some sort. Combo pho - lacked flavor. Kids chicken rice dish - lacked flavor and wasn't worth the $8. Service was bad..they gave us the check when we barely had gotten our food. Would not recommend or come back

I'll begin with the quality of the food because of course, that's the main concern, I got a rare steak pho and the broth was a little salty but not too unbearable. To my dismay, a majority of the bean sprouts were already going bad and that's one of the toppings I adore so that was a shame. I was on lunch and It was ready right away which I was appreciative for and the staff was very sweet! It would be a cute idea for a date night especially with all the decor and ambiance if the pho was a little better quality. If it's not for a last minute lunch and I'm crunched on time, I probably wouldn't visit again. I base a lot of my review off the broth since that has a major impact.
