I just wanted to share my experience at your Lake Forest, CA location today. I have a food allergy to garlic, which prevents me from enjoying some of your tasty dishes. I placed my order with Caroline, who works at this location. I usually pick up my order from here 1-2 times a month. I ordered Mongolian Chicken, and luckily Caroline remembered that I have a garlic allergy. She held off on preparing the dish until I arrived and informed me of the garlic in the sauce which could not be removed from the dish. She kindly asked if they could substitute another item for my order that was garlic-free. I was amazed that someone would take such good care of their customers and go that extra mile! Caroline and the chef at this location went above and beyond to ensure that I avoided a long night of discomfort. They alerted me of the ingredients in the dish, and I am grateful for their attention to detail. Caroline and the chef on duty on 12/13 are truly superstars! Service is great but the food is trash... I tried to different items and both were disappointing. This shouldn't even be called Asian food. Big chunks of vegetables and the protein portions are bland and small..

Closed prior to the listed hours of operation and I live right around the corner of this location. Unfortunately this location has done this several times in the past and not the 1st time this has occurred. Doors were will open and I was told they are closed already for the evening.

The service here is outstanding, super friendly people. Wonton Wednesday is always a hit wonderful cream cheese wontons The downside I ordered pad Thai with chicken. There was barely any chicken in it at all maybe two bites and some tiny scraps. And it was made with those extra large noodles which I don't like. What a waste could only eat maybe a quarter of it.

That's how I know if I like a place if I want to eat your peoples food and I'm curious to see what else other people are eating because I want some too. Environment is clean, roomy And enjoyable, Perfect for outside seating today.

Can only rate the food as I had it delivered by Uber Eats. What a waste of money. Got crispy dumplings and house special chicken adding steak and broccoli. There was no flavor to anything. Chicken had lots of fatty parts. I remember this being decent fast Asian food a while back. Don't know what happened but disappointed doesn't begin to describe it.

Ordered delivery dinner on a Sunday evening in January. Order arrived within half an hour. The appetizers were great - both the veggie spring rolls and the cream cheese wontons. The chow mein with chicken was alright, could be betterz more crisp and delicious maybe. Good value for the money I'd say. You need to order cutlery if you need it.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options. The veggie appetizers like cream cheese wontons and spring rolls are pretty good.

The place was kinda empty; perhaps the prices have something to do with that. I ordered a few items to go... I had a slight problem with the orange chicken though, it did not taste like chicken. Everything else was amazingly fresh, satisfying and delicious.

This place is stingy and they always have an attitude. I asked for crispy noodles with my order because I love the crunch they provide and I order them every time I go. The last time I went they refused to give us any due to a shortage. Meanwhile I have been to two other locations and they had no problem giving me the crispy noodles. Probably won't be back to this location.

Food is fresh. Taste really good. Got fire cracker chicken plate with white rice. Bathroom is so clean. Recommend this place. Seating outside is great aswell if you enjoy the breeze.

12:30 August 11, greeted w/a smile and welcome. Did not see lunch menu but they said they would honor. Food came quickly, asked if I needed anything else.
