It's hard to find really good boba places near where I work. There are many, but not many that make good drinks. Happen to find this little place at the food court down the street and fortunately, their drinks are always made the same so they always taste great. So glad it came across my Yelp page. Been going here for awhile now. My go-to when I'm in Irvine.

i ordered a thai tea and it doesn't even taste the thai tea. it tasted like it was watered down with pumps of sugar in it. I was disappointed and I definitely don't recommend the thai tea..

Decided to give it a second try and glad I did. The coffee was strong and not watery, and it also comes with super light ice. Appreciate the effort and I'll be back again I guess

I usually don't write reviews but the milk teas here made me depressed enough to write one. Good customer service my only problem is with the drinks. I haven't had the regular teas or the blended drinks but I can say the milk teas are terrible. I had the winter melon milk tea and the ai lee Shan milk tea and they're both so watery, no hint of any creaminess or milkyness idk but just so watery that it made me sad and the flavor is lacking as well. There are way better boba places in Irvine.

Best Presotea location by FARRRRRR. Workers are kind and helpful when you need their help or have questions (but ordering is mostly done on a self service kiosk which is nice!). The area is also a very in and out kind of space but has multiple pop up style restaurants to buy food and lots of tables near by. But back to the drinks ! This location has one thing other Presotea locations lack, consistency ! I hated how when I went to other locations I would have a good drink one day and a bad drink the next day even when ordering the same thing. However this is something Presotea Irvine does greatly ! The drinks taste just as how I remember them which is the way I like it !! Be patient with workers as there seems to be rushes in peak hours such as lunch and after work hours (lots of local Irvine businesses nearby which seems to draw in a lot of people on their lunch breaks or dinner outings). Overall so so good and will be coming back !

First I received a great recommendation for this shop, so I decided to try it recently. The Acai bowl was so refreshing and delicious! It was great after a long work day. The service was fast and friendly. It was quaint and peaceful in the shopping center, definitely will be returning for the boba tea!

We tried out this spot today just after it opened and got a bubble waffle with ice cream and fruit to share. We weren't able to catch a photo of it since it was delicious! It's a self-service kiosk like many of the restaurants in this plaza food court. It did take quite a while for our order to come out as it seemed like there was only one employee handling all of the orders and prep. The waffle was hot and crispy, and the chocolate ice cream it came with just standard. The fruit was fresh, and overall, it was good. Their boba drinks look pretty good, and several people ordered boba drinks after us, so it looks pretty popular.

Meh it ok. Pricey boba drink, regular flavor and kind of too sweet despite being able to lower the sugar amount. Fast service and close proximity to work if ever needed boba.
Presotea is probably my favorite boba spot in Irvine. I get the ceylon black milk tea with 80% sweetness and no toppings. It's the perfect amount of sweetness (not overbearing and not too little) but if you don't love sweetness, I would go down to 50%. It's located in a shop area with lots of stalls so there's also lots of food to choose from and lots of seating!

Service is friendly and quick:) Thai tea was delicious, definitely less is more with the sugar! We got 30% and it was perfect! you get a pretty large drink that is perfect to share, my fiancé and I split one:) the ambiance per say isn't much to note but this is mainly because this little tea spot is located in a food mall. They do have lots of pictures of the drinks which makes ordering much easier. Will note parking can be pretty frustrating at this location. Very limited spots and it jams up quickly.

First we ordered and waited for a long time, then ordered two drinks and gave me a straw! When I asked for a second straw, I saw the attitude of the service staff, which was so impatient and discriminatory!
