I ordered an açaí bowl delivered and it was completely melted like it had been sitting all day. All of the fruit was at the bottom of the bowl. It looked like it had been opened. It was disgusting.

The absolute best! I'm a member here and I frequent this location even if it isn't the closest to me because I just love their customer service. They are polite and extremely helpful. Ruth is excellent! She is super helpful and gives the best suggestions. I love when I visit the store and she's there. This team is such a please to deal with. Thank you all!

I always enjoy a good trip to Pressed Juicery! There are a wide variety of juices (which are all pretty good, just on the pricer side if you want to get more than one) but I mainly make the drive out for their freezes. I am obsessed with their Vanilla Freeze since it is not too sweet but still very satisfying at the same time. Although they may have changed the recipe of it since last time I went it did feel more sweet; I still very much enjoyed it and think its a great healthier options when going out to get ice cream. They also have a wide selection of healthy topping, which I def recommend adding.

Got here on a Sunday early evening not too many people waiting. Ordered the acai bowls (original and super food) it came fast. There are good amount of fruits however the acai underneath was a bit runny, not frozen enough. (no it was not a hot day). A little disappointed since I was looking forward to the Acai itself.

The people that work here don't take food allergies or cross contamination seriously. I asked the girl named Ruth 3 times if there was banna in or touching anything in the juice I wanted and she proceeded to confirm all three times that no there wasn't any banana in it. I ended up having an allergic reaction and ended up in urgent care. I looked up the ingredients list for the drink and the first thing on the list was BANANA!!! It was brought to their attention and the managers shrugged it off. If you have a food allergy DON'T GO TO PRESSED!

Trouble right out of the gate on first order.Downloaded the app, made an online order as free shipping locally was a promotion (not free since you'll need to tip DoorDash if you want it delivered).Order arrived missing items. I called support number in app, was asked to check if any note in bag saying an item was outta stock. I replied no note in either bag. Rep asked if I wanted a credit or the items. Simce I already paid for it, I requested the item be delivered. Few minutes later I get a call back, same rep. Store acknowledged items were out of stock and I'll get a credit back in 5 days.Why should the consurer have to call and chase down a missing item? I should have been informed upfront.Why was the order not fulfilled by my closest store which may of had all items?Why was the closets store not contacted to fulfill the missing items?

Juice is good but some staff is helpful and some staff is rude. I walked in explaining I had never been there before and was looking for suggestions. That seemed to trigger the young lady behind the counter. The young gentleman was trying to step in and be helpful but the lady continued to seem annoyed. Ultimately we walked away with 2 drinks instead of 5 drinks. Good quality drinks but very questionable service. Which is more important to you?

First time ever ordering a freeze from Pressed and most definitely won't be the last!They had Ube, Açaí, Dragon Fruit, and Vanilla. The cashier asked if we wanted any samples but I just went with VanillaI got a Size 1 with almond butter, sliced almonds, and fresh strawberries--yum yum yum!
