Small place in an office building type of atmosphere, but food is really amazing, home cooked and fresh. Highly recommended for full meal or small bite on the go.

Overpriced basic sandwiches. My 5 year old nephew makes a better sandwich on a bad day. Go up the street to Farmers boys you'll get a better deal.

The roast beef melt on the online menu shows $9.99. When I called to place order - the man on the phone who answered said, cheese? I said, doesn't roast beef melt come with cheese hence the word "melt"? He said, yes. I said, could i have mayonnaise? I go to pick up my order and my sandwich came out to $13.99 plus tax? So I asked, why is there a big price difference, he said, cause we charge for cheese - you charge $3.99 for cheese? I explained that he has it advertised online at $9.99 for Roast beef melt, he then said, the menu online is outdated and 10 years old?? Um, really? So you have been giving false prices for 10 years? Owner did not honor the pricing online and the sandwich had no mayo, and maybe at best 2 strips of roast beef. False pricing, poor quality, and they don't put what you want on your sandwich.

A real sandwich shop that makes sandwiches on actual sandwich bread, not a hoagie roll. Sandwiches taste like they came from your Grandma's kitchen.Spent $30 on two regular sized sandwiches and two sodas. More expensive than Subway but far better quality!

Popped in here for a sammich. Looked at the menu for a while and then asked if there were any specials. He said yes turned a sign around it was not facing the public and it said turkey sammich chips and a drink for 11.99. I said sure give me one. Bill ends up being 13.46 WTF. I didn't have time to question it so I moved on upon further review There was a sign from another yelper that said there was a price increase on menu items. Update your items. Deception at its finest. Sammich was trash. Meat was a grade above Buddig. Stay way away ‍

Great place, clean and good sandwiches. Friendly owners, and staff. Definitely beats the local sub-way.

Loved this place! Prices are a little higher then you would babe for something like Jersey Mikes but it's a mom and pop so that's what you would expect! The quality is amazing and the service was great. You can tell the owners care. Will be back. Don't listen to the reviews of high prices this was not our experience

I love to pay for delicious food but these sandwiches are just okay. They are certainly overpriced, even for Irvine. We left paying a total of $32 for one regular sized and one large sandwich with a piece of carrot cake. Too bad, we just moved into the area and we frequent our local eateries. I understand they want to make a buck but this is price gouging.

Instead of Sandwich King it should be Sandwich Tyrant. Literally ordered turkey/bacon/avo sandwich- no drink, no chips came out to $17.50. What??! C'mon man that's ridiculous. I paid it, and went back to work secretly hoping it would be either A) some massive sandwich, or B) the most delicious sandwich I've ever had. Nope. Just a regular old sandwich. The price on their menu is $10 and some change- then they have a sign that says prices have gone up anywhere from $0.50-$2.00. I figured that's fine if it's 12.50 plus tax we are looking at roughly $13.75- I don't mind paying a little more to help local mom and pop business, but 17.50 is stupid for a sandwich. Won't be back. With prices like that they will be gone in a year. Bet!
