Very disappointed. Service was horrible and over priced. The waitress took our orders fairly quickly but would only bring out a tray or two of what we ordered at a time. Every time we wanted to order more it took at least 15 min to get a tray of food. Food quality was mediocre and very little for the cost. For example the pork belly trays only had 6 pieces. We ordered 2 of a couple treats but they would only bring out one and we had to ask for the other tray and wait 15 min for them to bring another one out. Many of the meats were frozen so I don't understand what was taking them so long. There were only 2 other families for them to serve. When we tried to order more, they took so long to bring the food that we spent more time waiting for our food than eating. It's supposed to be all you can eat but it's not really because they wouldn't bring you the food. Lastly, if you don't speak Mandarin don't go here because the waitresses had a difficult time understanding English.

The first time I ate here, it was after 6:30 pm, and there were two tables of customers inside. Why were there so few people? After thinking about it for a while, I went in. The ingredients are okay. However, their soup base is very, very salty. I just can't eat it. I know why there are no customers. The price is very expensive. I will not go there again in the future.

Sat down in an empty restaurant, the place was different from another hot pot place I went to. Spicy soup base was well worth it at regular strength, so flavorful and delicious!

Wonderful food after a long day trip at Disney. Great services, good food and nice restaurant. Definitely will be back again.

We wanted to order Combo A for two as it would be more than enough food for our party with two kids. The waitress wouldn't allow us and said we had to order Combo B for four which would lead to a lot of food waste. She said only infants can be exempt from the head counts. If this were an AYCE buffet, then I understand the per person pricing, but their combos specify fixed amount of food, so I interpret this as an excuse to not honor the combo price. So we had to order a la carte. Pricing was similar to Haidilao but the quality was way lower. The beef was low quality. The appetizers were cold and never refilled. All the utensils are plastic. There was only one waitress and 3 tables including us during our entire stay. I'm not sure how this place survived so far. Maybe we were there on an off day?

The service is very good and the food is very clean. It would be better if the portions were larger.

This hotpot place feels like a second home. The flavors and spices are just right, reminiscent of a comforting homemade meal. While the side dish selection might not be as extensive as some other hotpot spots, they cover all the essentials – pickled chicken feet, spicy duck heads, fermented rice ball soup, iced jelly, and more. The consistently high food quality makes it an excellent choice for family and friends.

If you like frogs, this is a great place for you to enjoy it. No need for waiting. It is never too busy to find a seat in 5mins.

Came here for an after party so note I did not pay for it but they do seem to have decent combos. They were so kind to allow the restaraunt to be reserved and open after hours. However, I will keep my review relevant to the experience and why I would buy the combo. I can't say much for the prices of the items as I didn't pay but everything we served was fresh with an abundance of vegetables. The fish balls were cut in half. The broths were great, I felt the spicy mala one was authentic and had some oily spice to it as hot pot should be. The nonspicy one actually had some chicken/mountain herbs in it. The blood was the perfect texture and more jello like rather than soft and not too gamey. The sauce section is more limited than other spots, but their sides/appetizers are of higher quality and more authentic than I've seen at other places featuring duck tongue, chicken feet, white fungus soup, green mung bean, etc. They also sometimes fry some shrimp chips. I also like how spacious and vented the place was, it seemed the cylinder vents above did work well because no one complained about spice in their eyes. We were serviced well, with the staff coming quickly with the plates faster than we could eat, added broth, and asked for any other requests. We also got an ordered of deep fried pork and it was a bit dry, but be sure to coat it in the seasoned chili peppers for the authentic taste then dip it in ketchup. The only thing was that there wasn't much place to put extra plates, but it could have been that there wasn't much staff and a long day of work so they wanted to clean up at once. They also gave nice containers to take extras home. Overall, I appreciate how they accomodated us despite late hours and felt that there wasn't any cut corners. I would recommend coming here for the combos and was impressed by the selection of appetizers. Also, its by the new h mart in North Park area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hot pot restaurant. I had never heard of it before and the restaurant itself appeared to be clean and fairly new. I wasn't expecting much, but the hot pot was actually very good! I especially enjoyed the beef that we ordered, and the self-service sauce bar had the necessary sauces. The sesame balls were also good, haha. Even though the selection was a bit small in terms of variety of food, eveything that we ordered was good! The spicy broth was also very flavorful. All in all, I would come back again to try other items if they decide to add more selection.

Very authentic Chinese hotpot. Not the cheapest but I don't want to go to cheaper places and get huge crowds and mediocre food. Lovely choice of real chinese sauces (self serve).
