Crowded and the entrance is off to the side and not super obvious. I found it weird that this was the only location I have ever been at where my drinks were not made back to back. They made one and the 2nd one was made ~7 minutes later though they were ordered together and were the same drink. Thought someone took my drink at first. Not the best customer service when busy so don't be surprised if you don't get a acknowledged by the baristas.

I had a very disappointing and rude barista at Starbucks, unlike any experience I’ve had at Starbucks around the world. One of the baristas actually humiliated my name for about 10 minutes. She initially called my name correctly, and I received my drink with no issue. However, afterward, she loudly and repeatedly spelled out my name, making fun of it. At first, I thought she didn’t realize I was still there, but I stayed for quite some time, and she continued to mock my name. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire thirty-plus years of life. It really ruined the beginning of my day, and now I feel traumatized to say my name. Starbucks should not only provide training for their employees to make delicious drinks but, more importantly, should train them in providing excellent customer service and manners.

My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is soo nice and the atmosphere is just really comfortable. Great place to study or just chat with friends. 2 things do bother me a bit. One is that the lighting over the singular tables is pointing directly toward our forehead/eye--meaning that it is irritating to have the bright light. If those lights are pushed up a little, it will be much better. Second, the bathrooms are super filthy. I don't know if they have ever been cleaned... I come here a lot and have never once said "ah, the bathroom is clean." In the food industry, the bathroom will always speak for the cleanliness of service and kitchen. Other than those two, pretty sweet spot.

Friendly staff and has the latest hours for a starbucks in orange county only to match the hours of the downtown Disney starbucks which us nice because most starbucks close between 6-9pm. We highly recommend it for a late night ? study or work session by yourself or with friends ?
