There was a long line but the small team got it done and got it done with execution. I thought our drinks were going to take long because of the line. I was wrong! 5 minutes they where done.

My boyfriend and I received our drinks and they did not taste at all like they usually do. Usually they are pretty sweet and they tasted almost sour. I went up to the barista and politely asked for a pump of vanilla syrup to sweeten up our drinks. She very rudely told me that I need to get in the back of the line because one pump costs extra (the line was huge.) I asked her how much it would cost I'm assuming less than a dollar and she once again told me to get in the back of the line. My boyfriend walked up and asked too, and said "what about customer satisfaction? We don't like how you made our drinks" and she once again was very rude. We were not going to wait in line to PURCHASE one pump of syrup, every Starbucks I have been to would NEVER do that. It's literally a coffee shop you have to make it how the customer likes like what??? I should of told the manager honestly she was just so rude. I wish I got her name but I think she had shorter blonde hair with maybe some weird colored highlights. What a brat. We were so nice to her too.

This is the Target Starbucks, located at the tip of the giant Spectrum mall. It's actually the nicest Target Starbucks I've ever seen, it even has a nice stool/bar seating area facing the cash register check out lines which is actually pretty cool. The problem is that the parking lots at this part of the mall fill up early, visiting Wednesday at noon I barely found a parking spot.Parking: This Starbucks is inside the Target ar the Spectrum mall in Irvine so parking is via the mall.

Waited for almost 5 mins for someone to take my order. Sounds like a short period of time, but while you're standing there, with no one in front of you, waiting while the barista walks around cleaning up / working in back is kind of a bummer.
