You guys need to get rid of these clicks that work here. every time I come to a Starbucks. The employees literally make me wait until everyone else gets their drink. Not sure why this behavior is tolerated at star bucks but this needs to be corrected. No one should have to come to a Starbucks and get a drink with 10 pumps of sweetener simply because they don't like you wonder if its because im Hispanic. came today 4/18/24 11:51AM

I saw her not adding syrup when you are supposed to and told me a lie by saying “i put a little bit”It was not the first time and that is why I was watching. To be honest, it’s both just here but all of them think they know how to make their drinks but they don’t. It’s getting worse.

This place has the vibe for sure. As soon as you walk in, greeting from all personnel all at once, like music to the ears. Had to stop and do the boogie, lol. I'm glad I made the right choice to pick this particular Starbucks. I guess the right time, right place, means something, lol. Everyone(customers) just in their zone, focused is key to success, let's go. Great customer service by Sharon(hopefully I spelled it correctly). She was a good sport on answering questions when debating to try new drinks. Was very helpful! Thank you very much! Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Drink: 1. Pistachios Cream Cold Brew Cold brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with a silky, pistachio cream cold foam. Finished with salted brown-buttery sprinkles for a sweet treat to start up any winter day. Let's go!!!! As much as I love Cold Brew, I had to give the Pistachios Cream a try. It's very satisfying. Im impressed with the flavor enhanced. It's so creamy and delicious. Let's go! I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. Chestnut latte is tasty. Came out within 2 minutes. The workers there are mainly Gen Z college students who seem to care about servicing quickly but at the cost of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is what Starbucks is known for. If you will be expecting a friendly and inviting time here, you will likely be disappointed. But if you don't let that bother you, then their drinks are served hot and fast.

The worst Starbucks ever don’t go here! The baristas are awful the service everything. They have such bad attitude, they all need better training to make drinks accurately. Really bad employees. I’m so disgusted by the customer service. Just says a lot about the company. I mean they are funding in all the wrong places. And not the employees instead. Stupid place.

Disgusting Starbucks!!! Something was floating in my drink, so I dumped it out to see what it was?!?! How are you even allowing this?!?! Be cautious when ordering from here, or do yourself a favor and don't buy from this location!!!

If y’all are still oblivious on what is going on in Palestine aka genocide perpetuated by the US and companies like Starbucks who donate for their cause or file lawsuit against its own labor union for supporting Palestinians then I dont what to tell you. Your vote doesn’t matter in this country. But your money always has and always will. Boycott is the biggest power we have a citizens. Buy your coffee from literally anywhere else

I stopped at the Starbucks maybe 3 to 4 times a week at one point I will stop in every day to get coffee before work. Great place service is great well at 5 AM. There's hardly any people but I've been to other Starbucks before and not even a good morning, but this Starbucks always good morning positive attitude
Busy place. The workers are over worked but jeeezzz. The girl with the glasses calling out drinks today around 1pm was grumpy. When people say hi at least acknowledge them instead of pretending we're not even here. The moody unhappy face you give us was really a Sunday ruiner. Lighten up and take a coffee break girl and relaxxxxx. We appreciate you.

Like coming here and grabbing some coffee or a Frappuccino. Quite busy and feel like the price has gone up again! The good thing is if you order via the app or have a gold card you can get refills on coffee or tea. Not refills on Frappuccino or fancy brewed coffee. Only system issue is there's just so many customers you can have someone else accidentally grab your drink or food item. Just remember to keep your receipt and they will replace one for you. Only thing that costs is your extra time to wait for a replacement item.
