I shopped at Albertsons and once a while to try their new product. I tried their new item, Iced Lanvender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. First, I usually keep receipts for my own record, but staff did not even ask I want a receipt or not that's totally minus. Second, I drank the beverage first it was bitter, I thought because green tea taste bitter, when I drank half way, it tastesd very sweet, I took a look at bottom, very dark color stuck at the bottom, the iced cubes was almost half of the cup so it was hard to mix up while driving, very poor quality! If Starbucks wants customers DIY mixing, please put a note or verbally tell customers, otherwise it really ruined the taste.

Starbucks needs to stop ripping people off by providing lesser volume than what we pay for! Look at the coffee I bought and tell me this is not stealing! I clearly wouldn’t pay over $5 bucks worth of foam!!! I also ask the barista if she could top off my drink with milk and instead I was told that “when you ask for light ice, your stick comes with extra room” this is just beyond ridiculousness!

If y’all are still oblivious on what is going on in Palestine aka genocide perpetuated by the US and companies like Starbucks who donate for their cause or file lawsuit against its own labor union for supporting Palestinians then I dont what to tell you. Your vote doesn’t matter in this country. But your money always has and always will. Boycott is the biggest power we have a citizens. Buy your coffee from literally anywhere else

Very popular store, everyone works very efficiently and amazingly customer service. Appreciated the barista, that despite how busy they were this morning, answered my questions regarding my health and what kind of milk she would recommend for someone whose lactose intolerant; Thank you for today!

We LOVE Kenny!!!! Us NYers visiting were making a pit stop before separating between Pasadena and SF and Kenny LIFTED our spirits pre caffeine. We all got different orders they all tasted amazing and he was genuine and was able to answer our questions while making each drink. I am surprised the overall rating is still low here when I've seen a few happy reviews. I hope management sees this and is aware that Kenny is an asset to the team. And my drink tasted just like home :)

So I have lived across the street for quite a while, and I frequently visit this Starbucks. The service is average. It's just a Starbucks. However, on Thanksgiving my family was in town and so we walked the dogs over to the Starbucks to get a tea. We walked in about 20 to 30 minutes before they closed. We ordered two or three ice teas and one of them came out wrong. We were sitting outside. We walked back to the door at 3:01 and a lady named Haleigh claiming she was the store manager refused to let us in and refused to give us a refund. She stated they had a minor working which can be solved by dismissing the minor if they are surpassing there hours permitted. She also claimed this was the reason we were not allowed back in the store however, there were almost 10 customers still in the store waiting for their drinks and also two people still sitting at the tables. A customer should not be the one to pay the price because of a minor scheduling conflict. The tea could've been redone in about 15 seconds. So first off she lied about her title, and then she tried to deny the conversation and say happy Thanksgiving, and shut the door in my face. Another shift lead named Tessa came out and apologized for her attitude as she heard the whole thing. She took care of the situation. She got my mom a new tea that was correct and that was it. It could've been as simple as that but Haleigh felt the need to not do what was right.. Being a retail General Manager myself, you could tell she has a lack of management experience/training because she shut down when the situation occurred stated "Call corporate" and did not come back to confront the situation or address it properly. Instead she dismissed the customer as a way of shutting down the issue. She lacked the skills to not be able to turn the situation around and see the bigger picture and instead went behind the counter and retreated. The situation should've been handled in less than one minute. Tessa handled it like a manager. Haleigh leaned on her title rather than actually solving it.
