This starbucks is like all other ones. The service is fast and accurate. The furniture isn't great so maybe not a great location for those looking to spend a long hour or two getting work done.

Yesterday, I ordered 2 espresso on Ice and I had to wait for 30 min for my coffee. My first drink was ready and they frogot about my other drink. This morning, I put it an online order, I got there at the pick up time and waited 42min for my drinks. Every time I ask about an update, they'll confirm that it's in the works. After 30 minutes of waiting, one of the employees comes out to let us know they lost our order. He didn't even say sorry, didn't even try to offer a complimentary drink or pastry. So does it take 45 minutes to make an espresso? Change that management there!

omg this place. super unprofessional unfriendly people acting like i was bothering them with my order, how this can happen?! i get nothing from staff simple as "hi" "thank you" nothing!!!!!! never gonna come here again and somebody should fire them all or close this branch!

Nice store, wonderful happy kind caring staff and manager and cashiers , very happy vibes, the lady cashier Cait helped me today on a rainy day with my keto coffee , she was so kind and smiling and happy that I truly enjoyed my conversations with her, bless her heart and Megan heart for the cute reindeer crafty badge she made for all cashiers so pretty , God bless Starbucks, our troops overseas , Amen

We just got home from this location and you guys forgot to put our cheese box in the bag. Tried calling 3 times to get a refund and no answer. Does anyone answer the phone there?

No two starbucks are ever the same. And even this one is different in quality and service each visit. Some days I get a really well made tea or Frappuccino and others it's missing things, very little cold foam or ice and the customer service is a hit or miss. Today was one of those off days and I had about half an inch of ice for a venti iced Chai with another half inch of added pumpkin cold foam so my drink tasted pretty lukewarm. The best part is that this location has a drive thru making it super convenient but the parking lot to get through is so busy and can be difficult to get in and out.

Finally a great Sbux! Great spot for working or studying, there are chargers everywhere and a large coworking table. The staff are super nice, I dropped my bacon egg bites and they immediately made me a new one. I'm so glad this isn't too far from where I live, and I'll definitely be back.
