Love love Starbucks, BUT! take your commericals off air for the chocolate mint frap. Your corporate office doesn't send rhe retail locations enough product. We have literally been trying to get this frap since the day it came out (about a month ago) but not just this location , but any location nearby. Your corporate office needs to take a serious look at whoever is responsible for orange county region. Not doing their job very well at all.

Waited 20 minutes, or so, to purchase something because the barista/cashier Aline preferred to have a conversation about drum line with a customer who has not even ordered anything yet--so, when they did finish their 20 minute conversation, there were still an extra 7 minutes of talking for the order and to show each other videos on their phones. Aline saw I was waiting in line and did not care to end her conversation and take the persons actual order instead of talking to them.

Considering how busy they usually are, the service is great, the employees usually smile (even when faced with the frequently found in the wild Karens I see when I drop by !) and my order is always spot on!

Put way too much ice in my drink. Asked them why it was bascically full of ice with very little drink. Instead of apologizing they said to ask for light ice next time….

i have never received worse customer service in my life. I asked for my drink and she snapped back at me and threw the container down. Never coming back again. Sooooo rude. right before xmas too.

These fucktards gave me half a cup of pumpkin spice latte. I didn't find out until I got to costco and happened to look down randomly through the sip hole. I understand leaving space for foam or cream, but this cup was empty half way down. I don't go to starbucks often so maybe it's shrink-flation, or maybe the incompetent fukers at this location are incapable of following recipes.

I have visited several starbucks and they have never treated me as badly as this lady who does not seem to be a barista, she treated us very badly, I guess because she was working alone, but the customers are not to blame, bad for the coffee chain.coffe shop irvine inside target

I almost didn't come here because of the bad rating, but I thought the gentleman working was very friendly and knowledgeable and my drink is delicious. So I'm happy.

I don't understand the 1 1/2 star rating here? I've been coming here for the entire 2+ years it's been here and never had a bad experience. It is super busy and I know there's a lot of pressure to move the drive through line. Perhaps it's because I almost always order online and pick-up inside that I have not had issues with order accuracy. In fact, unlike other nearby businesses with a big drive through quantity, they don't make the inside pick-up second tier to the drive through (yes, I'm talking about you, Chick fil A!) Good drinks, friendly service: this is a 4-star worthy SB.

Last time I go to this location. The service is not great, the drinks don't always taste good, and finally I don't get my money's worth. I ordered a Venti shaken espresso and was handed a Venti cup that was partially empty. I was paying for a Venti and getting a Grande. I asked why and was told it was because the drink has a lot of foam! Really?! OMG I am done trying here.

Horrible customer service! According to Yelp this location closes at 9 pm and we did a mobile order at 9:15 pm and the doors were locked and we had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through. This happened on another occasion where they decided to lock the lobby doors at 4 pm and kept telling me to go through the drive through to pick up my mobile order and there were 25 cars already in line. What a joke! To make things worse they didn't even make the order correctly and we had to throw our drink away. The 3 guys working were just standing around cracking jokes and could care less about the customers waiting behind us in line. Will not be giving Starbucks anymore of my money!!

I hit a Starbucks just about everyday and the only reason tgis location is busy is for location. Id say they're about at a 50/50 with correctly getting order right. Usually its forgetting to put the flavor (vanilla or caramel) to the coffee order. But seriously, if I order a vanilla latte with no foam, it shouldn't be sent out with no vanilla flavor AND filled 3/4 the way. I seriously should have looked when I was given the cup cause it felt light.

Leslie the cashier was super rude to us. My girlfriend said if they didn't have a drink that it was fine and she rudly responded with "well tell me what you want". We were being very nice despite her rudeness. Never coming again if she is at cashier.
