I have visited this location so many times. While they are friendly, there are definitely issues with the baristas following directions. Starbucks, please teach your employees to read the directions on the cup. This is super simple, a no foam latte. What do I get? Almost two inches of foam on a tall latte. Prices continue to go up and quality continues to go down.

Starbucks offer today is extra stars for a peppermint mocha. But they are out of of peppermint and have been for more than a week. So it's the old bait and switch fraud. Someone needs to sue them over this tactic.

First off, the service was great but it ends there. Ordered a couple of mochas - they are watered down with no distinct taste of coffee.

i would give a 0 star if I can. It shouldn’t on the map if that is employ only. I order it online and when I be here, I can’t access the gate and the security won’t let me in. He told me I have to call the store. Ok, I did it, but the number they leave at the app is not for the store, if you don’t know who you wanna talk, the robot just repeat his “smart” advice again and again. You never talk to a really person. So refund it to me.Thank you

Stopped by to pick up some coffee for my grandma and myself on a Saturday morning. Great experience!It's not far off the freeway and there is a parking lot so was easily able to jump out and order. My grandma can't have a lot of sugar but it was her birthday and really wanted a pumpkin spice latte. The girl at the counter was SO helpful customizing it for us so that she would still be able to enjoy a pumpkin coffee but not get sick from it.Really great service here :)

I come to this Starbucks every day during the week and everyone here is always so friendly. They service is quick, the drinks are always made correctly and the food is always correct. Brian is the manager and he is especially kind and attentive. He pays attention to small details and remembers that I always want a water and has it ready to go. I will always continue to come back to this location because the staff makes me feel welcome!

Bryan is the best! My co worker typically gets her Starbucks at this location daily and more often then not grabs me a venti water. Both times recently that I have gone in to pick up myself something and grab hers, he had my water there with a straw for my drink and hers because he knows we both like straws. He is just very kind and thoughtful. He remembers the small things and has things ready and we don't have to ask or remind him. I hope he gets appreciated from his superiors, because he deserves it!

I placed a mobile order, but I didn't know my cousin ordered something wrong(a hot chocolate without chocolate). I called ahead to request them to keep the chocolate in the hot chocolate, and the barista on the other end said they would remake the drink for me quickly. Thank you so much! I appreciated their service!

The customer service here is UNMATCHED!! I will go out of my way to come here, this is my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, these workers need recognition!! Thank you Starbucks on Alton, for all you do to make everyone's days a little bit brighter! they even put little stickers on your drinks!!!

Running into Target for a pharmacy pickup, felt a little woozy from running low on fuel. I decided to try to get something hot to eat right away. Starbucks is the only option left for hot food ready to eat. Boy what a disappointment. Seriously understaffed, they had one dude serving everyone in line. I had a big bill left in my wallet and nothing else as I don't like to charge credit under $10. They didn't have enough change to accept it. Forced to pay with credit when I didn't want to. Strike one. Or was that strike two since service was super slow due to there just being one dude working. Okay, that's strike two. Strike three was the dude lying to me telling me the green tea matcha was sugar free. I ordered a small one and it's extra sweet. Their condiment and napkins section was completely empty so I asked the dude for a napkin. He asked me if there wasn't any in the dispensers and I told him there was nothing in any of them. He mumbled something and I was left standing there waiting for a response or for him to hand me a napkin. And still I kept waiting and waiting. Finally I asked him if he had a napkin and he said they're out. I mean maybe just tell me instead of letting me stand there until I get pissed off? Wtf. The sausage McMuffin ripoff I ordered was hot at least but tasted mainly of chemicals. I didn't expect it to be great but it was pretty disappointing even with low expectations. Avoid this place even if you're about to pass out from hypoglycemia. I've lost count if how many strikes they have from this one visit but you're better off grabbing a bag of chips from the snack aisle. Regrets, so many.

I came in today and I asked for an iced chai and received a hot chai. It was a little busy, so I understand that the cashier might not have heard me but I also asked for cold foam. I didn't mind getting a hot chai but the cashier just had an attitude while I was ordering. I asked if they offer pup cups here and she looked annoyed! I always come here and the employees are always so nice so I'm very disappointed. I even tipped her and I wish I didn't because she definitely didn't deserve it.

They got my order wrong multiple times I asked for caramel frappe and they gave me a frappe with no caramel and I asked for a venti they got me a tall I asked for a regular they gave me a decaf
