AVOID this Starbucks at all costs. Stopped by on my way to the office, and the staff was more interested in getting caught up in each other's drama than working on orders. As I waited and watched I saw the person who took my order stop to help another staff member with taking out the trash, where she handled the trash barehanded, picking stuff off the floor and helping the cart get unstuck, then immediately returned to handling my sandwich, removed it from its wrapper, used a pair of thongs to grab the sandwich from her hands and put it into heat. I was kind of grossed out and just left.

Show up before 1pm. They close at 1pm. I went expecting my coffee and was highly disappointed! It's inside the Embassy Suites. They need to hire a afternoon person!!! People need their coffee fix. Most definitely not happy ??????????

Their house coffee is so good and very cheap! Their small is quite tiny but highly caffeinated. They also have a menu so that you can pair it up to your coffee.

Honestly disappointed. This location has gone down since COVID. My company works right across the way and we used to order from here often with no mistakes. This last order I was served rotten milk/cream in my coffee. It was CHUNKY! Of course I didn't notice until I was almost done drinking it, barf! The time before that I ordered two London fogs, where the wrong tea bag was used and both had different tea bags in them...explain that mistake? I wouldn't recommend going here, they don't seem to care to keep the few customers they actually get.

Friendly service staff. Standard starbucks coffee (the stars are for the staff, not the coffee itself). It's inside a hotel, so very much in the way of seating.
Marissa was great! She remembered my order even though I had only ever ordered with her one time!

The store is clean and nice but the items are overly priced 5.25 for a grandad frap that is more then a ventie from a regular starbucks then the bagels are 3.25 are you kidding me that is almost triple a normal Starbucks bagel

Ordered via the app. Wait time 8 mins. 25 mins later I asked where my coffee was, which it was in the mobile order section, wrong.(gave me a grande when I ordered a Venti and missing lite whip) No apology, no compensation for the mistake. Didn't even give me the drink they made that was going to waste.

Very friendly staff and same great quality as standalone Starbucks stores. Very quick and love that they have all the food options (protein bites, sous vide, etc.) available, as well. Definitely much more than expected form a coffee shop in a hotel lobby!
