Someone please tell the owner to stop using those ridiculous tiny cups to portion the chicken strips it’s not enough. You need to portion correctly not ration either make them full or change the scoops.

Food was good. Employees tonight however were super unsociable, unenthusiast, and awkward. Bizarre atmosphere for sure.

My sandwiches were done incorrectly and the guy w/ tattoos (I took pictures of but not sure I'm allowed to post) argued w/ me and aggressively dug his fingers into my sandwich where a tomato flew off and landed on the counter at the cash register. Then he continued to put the tomato back on my sandwich. I told him I wasn't going to eat that and his response was "Did I say you were going to eat it?" He became so aggressively rude and scared my kids. This is not the first time I've had horrible customer service at this location. Every other subway I've been to has been great, some better than others, but this location is TERRIBLE. The owner never try to remedy the situation.

I often used Subway as it was the only one near my house, but today I was very disappointed. The 20-year-old male employee who was in charge of me at 3 o'clock on weekdays said that the coupon could not be applied to the employee, and when the employee was at a disadvantage while talking to me, she yelled at me as if I was the truth for making a reasonable request and put the store in a bad situation. The woman employee scolded the man employee who came to solve the problem, saying that her claim was absolutely right. With the help of the man employee, the coupon was applied properly. In the end, the woman employee who confirmed that my argument was right was angry, muttering to herself until the end.The reviews were really bad, but it's a bad store.

Whoever was working the shift on Tuesday December 26, 2023 around 1 pm is one of the worst sandwich makers I've ever seen. Just see my photo - that's completely unaltered work-of-a-mess - whoever made this absolute trash then. I ordered through the app for pickup; I should have checked first before opening the horror at home... In hindsight, I should have drove back to complain because this mess is completely unacceptable - to even charge $10 for this kind of quality is just plain robbery. Whoever made this should not be working there. My family no longer wants anything to do with Subway now. Don't be rushing out sloppy work just because customers order online for pickup and can't see the actual sandwich being made in front of them.

The workers there refused to remake my sandwich even though I tipped them online and put in instructions, please double toast my sandwich, she got mad because apparently I didn’t select it when asked about the bread but I explained where they don’t have a double toast option, whatever selecting bread and most of the time they don’t double toast it, so I simply put it in the notes, and she was refusing to remake my order and then the male employees refused to give me her name, even though she nearly threw my sandwich at me after the fact I told her I put in the notes and tipped!! would strongly advise is going anywhere else in this plaza but here

This has always been my go to subway since it's around the corner from home. I have never had ANY issues until today. Ruby was getting snippy and extremely cheap when I asked for extra onions. Extra onions is what I always request when I get my sandwich and have NEVER had ANY issues until today and she was saying if I asked for more, she was going to charge. Not happy at all.. I understand if I ridiculously had her pack it with onions but just a bit extra was too much for her. These type of people should not be working customer service since it really makes the business go down with negative reviews.

The Chinese person who work here was very rude, he tossed his mouth water in my order and all the ingredients in front of him. Hope the manager of this restaurant does something in this regard, since this is insanitary to the customers who order food. That person not only has an unpleasant attitude toward customers but also awful communication with other employees. He was yelling at the girl, who was organizing the kitchen, to take the order from another customer. Seems he owns the place and everybody is his slave.

I normally like subway, but today a lady named Sylvia had a huge attitude and wouldn’t give me a refund for the food. Let me explain, I told her I wanted “double meat” and gave me 2 slices of salami and not only charged for x1 salami but x2 when I confronted her she told me didn’t order in the way I was supposed to. When i specifically said I wanted double and paid for it. there was another man with a beard who also supported her and said that “he doesn’t read minds” in argument to me. I was nothing but nice and I just wanted to get a salad didn’t need the attitude. I got charged double for 2 tiny slices of avocado. What the heck? They took advantage of me because I’m a minor. Very disappointed. They continued to argue with me as i was defending myself. Then she threw the receipt at me as i left. She did this to a minor.

This staff needs to learn basic customer service and needs more people inside working. We placed an order online and went to go pick it up. It was still not ready and we ended up waiting 1 hour for our sandwiches to be ready for take out.

I ordered The Monster.. the employee helping me didn't know what I was talking about after I was reviewing their menu. These employees either need to stay off drugs or they need more training. I ended up throwing it away because I found a long hair stuck on the bacon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO CLOSE DOWN for having a unhealthy, untrained environment.

In about 15 years of going to Subway this has to be the most memorable experience. This happened on 6-3-23 at 10:05 AM.I mobile ordered a 6” subway for my wife at home. I come in and let them know that I mobile ordered and I sat down to wait 5 minutes for them to finish making the sandwich. When my subway was ready I noticed that it was a foot long sandwich and I asked if the young lady was sure that’s my order since I had ordered a 6” and this seemed to be a foot long. She looked at the bag and then asked me to hold on. She then took it back to where they prepare the sandwiches and I asked her “you’re not gonna take half of the sandwich out now are you?” And she just said “yes” with a dead robot looking expression. She seriously opened the wrapped sandwich back up and took half of the custom sandwich out to throw it away, wrapped my half bag up and handed it to me. Had I not been late to a appointment she would have gotten a verbal lesson from me. I was actually laughing when I walked out because it trumps anything I’ve ever experienced personally while at Subway or any food establishment. Any other subway would have said “our mistake, you can keep it”, but not his lady. She thinks it’s better off in the trash. You have to know that during my short stay, my entire interaction with her, from not saying hi, to barely acknowledging that I had an online order and I’ll be waiting inside, to not clearly letting me know my sandwich was ready, was all solid F’s.Someone like that does not belong in customer service unless under strict supervision or better training. I’ve worked in customer service most of my life and couldn’t imagine being where I am today with that kind of “I don’t give a ****” attitude. If you’re a manager, your staff needs training.Definitely won’t be back to this Subway at Woodbury Town Center. Plenty of other subways around.
