I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to this time because the staff were so friendly and the sandwiches they made for me never disappoints. I would rather drive ~5 mins to here even there's a closer location around my place. Not saying that location was bad, but this location wins my heart :)

This place is chaotic. We ordered from the app and there is no place to park to start. Inside it is half a gas station and half a subway. There is no area designated to pick up your sandwich. There are ladies running back and forth from the subway side to the gas station register. No one will explain what is going on and where to get your food. I will NEVER return to this location.

I echo others sentiments that this location skimps out on the meats. My footlong Pastrami Melt and Steak n' Cheese had measly amounts of protein despite the premium price compared to other subs. They packed the subs with lots of sauce though.My subs' bread was also burnt; which I did request for it to be toasted. However, I've never received a burnt sub as a result of it.FYI this location is located in a gas station and you can pick up your sub by the main cashier.

got there 30 min after they open and nothing was even set up. didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich.

I WAS HARASSED AND PROFILED BY THE MANAGER ALEX. I went in to get several sandwiches for the company's weekly meeting (this was our first time ordering at this establishment) I pull out my card place it on the counter, the lady is being so slow, another lady comes and rushes her and myself. I get told "here, you ordered extra stuff so you get a free cookie" gives me some napkins, hands me a receipt and tells me to have a good day. I grab my card from the counter. I was busy carrying all the stuff so I take my card from the counter (I didn't see if she swiped it or not I was busy carrying all the stuff and being rushed because it was peak lunch hour and there were so many people.) I think ANYONE would assume if they received a receipt that the transaction was complete My co-worker and I get into my car when a racist bald short man comes yelling at me accusing me of stealing. I was so confused I get out almost trip as he's rushing me back inside taking pictures of my car, and myself I tell him there's been a clear misunderstanding and I thought I already paid. He tells me "don't act like you haven't done this before... don't act surprised!" The whole store is staring I'm basically in tears as he's degrading me, cussing, and shouting at me. I try to defend myself and tell him it was an honest mistake, I didn't know that the actual payment was up front, it was my first time there. The guy at the cash register is telling me "don't worry, it's ok" I thought by me paying that would be the end of it.. Nope, even WHILE AND AFTER I'm paying he continues to harass me and further humiliate me saying he has my license plate, my picture "Don't you step in my F******* store again, This is your First and last F******* time. I was horrified and disgusted. There is a right and wrong way to confront guests, if there was a misunderstanding just say that. "Ma'am you did not pay please return to pay" explain the confusion with the first receipt not being a receipt but a "ticket" as they called it. receive the payment and end story, not publicly harass people. Further, I am a Latina woman. Fridays is casual day at our law firm. I was wearing my leggings and a flannel. My coworker has gone there on other days (she's the one who referred us to this location) she has gone dressed in her professional attire and gets treated with respect. That man looked at me, profiled me, and instantly assumed I was a thief? without listening to me? Without explaining to me what the confusion was about? DISGUSTING RACIST BEHAVIOR I work for a law firm, my bosses Were disgusted, my coworkers were disgusted. We've sent multiple people back to get further information and pictures on him and this establishment. All we were told was his name is ALEX. We presume he's hiding instead of issuing an apology for his disgusting behavior WE WILL be filing a complaint on harassment and profiling. WE WILL be contacting corporate and WE WILL HOLD ALEX accountable. If anyone knows ALEX's Last name or further information, or if you yourself have experienced something like this at this establishment reach out to me and let me know. Or if you work there, because it looks like he abuses his employees as well.

Consistency in service is a big deal. One day, the bowl I ordered had 4 dollups of tuna (like the picture online), and too much shreaded iceberg lettuce. Then the next day, only 2 dollups of tuna, and too much shreaded iceberg lettuce. So disappointing...

I was at Chevron gas pumps, at the desired Subway location but the GPS was telling me I have another 3 min or so driving before I arrive to Subway. Other than that I had the most wonderful experience at Subway. I was treated like VIP. I gave the staff my last two dollars I had with me.

I came all the way down from Riverside to get paperwork from a location here in Santa Ana. Obviously starving I stopped by this Subway and I was greeted so nicely. I believe his name was Luis or Lu. But he was so kind and easy going. He didn’t make me feel rushed and didn’t look annoyed when I didn’t know what to order. In fact he actually explained how the menu works. Thank you for being so kind and providing amazing customer service. :)This location is great.Please contact me for further details.

These people are super skimpy on the meats in the veggies definitely not coming back here and I don't recommend you coming here I got a foot-long tuna and they put three little scoops of tuna on the bread and they spread it out super thin across the bread not not coming back!!!
